Knee Replacement Surgery आजकल बहुत आम है। हम मरीज को सर्जरी से एक दिन पहले भर्ती करते हैं। मरीज को भर्ती करने से पहले जांच की जाती है।
Patient को भर्ती करने के बाद 2 Doctor मरीज से मिलने आते हैं 1st Doctor : General Physician होते है वो जांच करते है कि आप सर्जरी के लिए फिट हैं या नहीं और दूसरे डॉक्टर anesthesiologist.
Knee Replacement Surgery Time
Patients की स्थिति के आधार पर इसमें 1 घंटा या उससे अधिक समय लगता है। सर्जरी के बाद मरीजों को 2-3 घंटे के लिए रिकवरी एरिया में शिफ्ट कर दिया जाता है फिर मरीज को वार्ड में शिफ्ट कर दिया जाता है।
सर्जरी के एक दिन बाद डॉक्टर फिजियोथेरेपी कराने की सलाह नहीं देते हैं। दूसरे दिन के बाद Patient फिजियोथेरेपी शुरू कर सकता है। घुटने की रिप्लेसमेंट सर्जरी के बाद बहुत जरूरी है फिजियोथेरेपी, अगर नहीं कराई तो Stiffness जैसे कुछ परिणाम हो सकते है। और फिजियोथेरेपी कम से कम 4-5 सप्ताह तक जारी रखे।
अस्पताल में मरीज तक 4-5 दिनों का Admit होता है पहले दिन मरीजों को IV Medications दी जाती हैं। फिर Tablets पर Shift कर दिया जाता है फिर Discharge किया जाता है।
मरीजों को देने के लिए 3 तरह की टैबलेट का इस्तेमाल होता है।
1st Antibiotics
2nd painkillers
3rd Blood Thinning Tablets
Physiotherapist आपको जो व्यायाम सिखाता है उसे सीखना और उसे जारी रखना महत्वपूर्ण है जितनी ज़्यादा आप Exercise करेंगे उतना ज़्यादा आपको Result मिलेगा।सर्जरी के 2 हफ्ते बाद डॉक्टर टांके हटा देते हैं। जरुरी है की आप नियंतर रूप से Doctor से मिले।
