I love how, when Imogen asks for a hug, Nick just looks at Charlie who gives him that little nod like; "Go on!" Like, Nick almost went on a date with Imogen at one point, and I think it's good that he checks to see that Charlie is OK with it - and then pulls him into a group hug. Nick is just so considerate of both Imogen and Charlie here, which also really highlights how different he is from Ben.
I think Ben deserved Imogen's ire. My favorite was when she said, "your energy's off!" Truer words were never spoken. I do wish she'd managed having a go at him while leaving Charlie out of it, but we don't usually do our best work when we're upset. Homophobe Harry really said no to misogyny. 🤣
I know that's the bit that shocked me but I think Harry starts to become okay over time from reading nick and Charlie he's still annoying but no longer has that bully status

I actually loved how Imogen read Ben down in front of everyone. My 15-year-old also pointed out that if she'd tried to end things privately with Ben, he likely would have attacked her based on his track record. So, yeah, it was good it was public.
Honestly Tao and Isaac might know about Nick and Charlie, but that doesn’t mean them walking in on Nick going to town on Charlie’s neck wouldn’t be uncomfortable for everyone involved. They are still like 15/16, and Charlie is the first in his group in a relationship. It’s new territory for all of them.
Harry’s backlash against Ben (sticking up for Imogen), while strange because we know him as such an ass when it comes to Charlie, isn’t ALL that strange because he’s friends with Imogen. They hang out together before school every day. 😊
It's hard to top Imogen kicking Ben to the curb. Good on Harry proving he's not completely hopeless, and kudos to Nick and Charlie for comforting Imogen in her time of need.

My favorite part was the sweetness in their discussion about not going too far in the bedroom. They're both so young and it's great that they are taking it slow. Let them discover what they like romantically together. That's wonderful. NO pressure.

I mean, Nick would be well within his rights not to like you Tao after what you were doing. But no, Tao is Charlie's best friend and Nick wants to be friends with him too. And I think that's just the kind of person Nick is anyway. (funny, I think I heard in the books that came before the comic, Nick actually doesn't like Tao). I'm glad Tao's finally opening up.
I am so happy you are enjoying season two and was also happy Paris wasn't a quick-shot. Tao and Nicks friend/bond moment, was really special to me. My cousin and I have said "bye" nearly the same as your outro-Peace, Love and chicken grease, since we were kids. We were roomies for nearly a decade, write little notes with that as the end. From what I understand Kit does not speak French. Only a handful of words, like counting to 12 etc. He does have quite a good accent even with those words. I took 2 years of French as a teenager, do not remember much anymore but he sounds good :)
I guess it would have been nice if Imogen kept Charlie out of their public spat. Of course, she’s outspoken and has had her foot in her mouth before. Glad they had that little group hug afterwards.
I love this series and how it stays true to the comics because of Alice, but i still think that putting Tao and Charlie drama on season 1 was little wierd. Because in the comics only Darcy and Tara knows about Nick and Charlie when they are in Paris. And that is why they have hide their love from others and have to be careful not to get caught in their room because Tao doesn't know. And when Charlie tells him, it is huge drama, Charlie gets stressed and stops eating and so on and so on. So now all those things doesn't add up in the season 2. But that is the only thing that is wierd to me. Heartstopper is so cute and i love it ♥Can't wait for the Book 5 to get published and season 3 to get filmed and published too. Nah, she's been observing Ben's unhealthy obsession with Charlie since the bus at the very start of the Paris trip. Maybe she shouldn't have specifically mentioned Charlie in that, but since he's okay with it, so am I. Ben needed to be called out on what a bad boyfriend he is.

Ben was ignoring her and not wanting to do anything (in PARIS?), he was rude to her when she wanted to do something fun and cute, deliberately making her feel bad, and he was clearly using her to make Nick upset. We can also extrapolate based on how he treated Charlie, that when Imogen says “he ignores me all the time” she really means it. She was right: he has issues he needs to resolve before being in any kind of relationship. On top of that, if she’s noticed his unhealthy obsession with Charlie and the weird vibes going on there, that’s going to be a trigger for her when he pays attention to Charlie instead of her at dinner (especially since Charlie clearly does *not* want Ben’s attention). We got the one moment on the bus, and can again extrapolate that she’s probably noticed more off-screen as well.
