    Would love for you to do another longer-term review. Any/all ideas about the comfort over longer rides, more experiences with the handling and power transfer etc.. TY in advance.

    Just purchased a CAAD 12 Ultegra today (for a steal). Excited to ride.

    Great video , Just upgraded my caad 12 to ultegra R8050 di2 . Gears are far slicker for sure . Not a fan of the front mech rattle with the chain that I’m getting though
    The great thing is the caad 12 is so upgradeable

    Cheers for the review. I searched on here for a review of di2 and you came up. Nice to see you have good taste in bikes; I have a CAAD10 and run those rims with some Tune hubs, handbuilt too. Have you set the di2 shifters on the tops to shift up and down via the app?
    Thanks for the video.
    Have given you a follow on your social profiles.

    I was looking forward for this video, it really justifies investing on a lighter faster rig when you achieve your fitness goal or weight :) Did your Di2 shifters come with satelite shifters, and if yes did you used them on control your Garmin head unit?

    • @nicolemitsi
      @nicolemitsi  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No satelite shifters, but there are hidden buttons on the top of the hoods that control my garmin :)

    You could go for quarq d-zero to match 9100/R8000 groupo

    Slick! Corsa's the best looking tires right now. A quick question though, did u buy the frame alone? Also does it come with a carbon seatpost or an aluminum one? Thx!

    • @nicolemitsi
      @nicolemitsi  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I just got the frame on it's own and built custom from scratch. It didn't come with a seatpost - but the one I put on there is an Enve carbon seatpost. :)

    I was considering that size and was curious how tall you are. Also, do you know the weight of your total build? I love the old school look of the aluminum! Thanks!

    Hi,
    Lovely bike. I also have this bike which I have extensively upgraded.
    Just wondered why you upgraded to Dura race 9100 brakes over the Ultegra, was it purely for weight saving ?🤙

    • @nicolemitsi
      @nicolemitsi  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I got them at a good price and yup they save weight 😆

    Dura Ace and ultegra mix bothers my OCD a bit. but not as much as the Quarq PW with DA rings.

    Why so much exposed steerer tube above the stem? Are you still dialing in your fit or did you only have the wide spacer?

    • @nicolemitsi
      @nicolemitsi  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Still dialling in the fit. The stem was a temporary one that we had lying around. Experimenting with different stem lengths before we commit to cutting it.

      @@mrdavies83 this bb doesn't require an adapter.
      you can install most of the cranksets using this.
      I'm not sure of campy tho.
