I clicked on your videos because of 'World Teacher's Day' on youtube, and I must say you have been really helpful to me. Not because I'm learning English (English is my first language) but because I aim to be an ESL teacher in the future. You've shown me a few ways to go about teaching and a few important points I should focus on. It's also quite inspiring to see someone like yourself enjoying the career. It really gets me motivated!
OH...I just discovered what you do? and i feel like....when you enter a store and find really beautiful things to buy and you want them all...and you like them all,... thanks.
so cool¡ One common thing is when students tend to repeat everything they watch on T.V. I guess they think they're learning "good English". Greetings from Mexico¡¡
I´m from Costa Rica and here being late is a national sport, there's no such thing as "too late", it's just the perfect timing. XD. So in Germany is TOO late, in England is late, in Costa Rica is "where the heck is that mada*******?" XD. I'm lovin' it* to learn from you James, great way to teach. Greeting *sorry but I had to do it. XD
Great video - loved it a lot)))) Very useful & (as always) funny ;) Agree with all tips) I also like your way of teaching & sense of humor ;) Thank you very much ))
Guys, learning to speak hebrew doesn't need to be hard (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a method known as Practicorex Hebrew (google it). Seriously, thanks to Practicorex Hebrew I have learn how to speak practical Hebrew in quick and easy way. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I do not want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am in a good mood today so I will share the wealth haha.
for us Filipinos, it is: meet up 8am 7:50: too early 8:00 early 8:15: a little early 8:30 - 9:30 on time: 10:00 - noon: a little late.| Not a proud feat, but heh.
I'm watching this video second time just because it's very knowledgable. Especially when you are talking about number 2 and 4. I like it, I completely agree with you.
Nice video, but regard to advice about talking in other language group it's not too easy for people living in thier country. I'm from Russia and here there aren't so many places with a native english-speakers (i know there is lucky person). In my city i take English lessons, but our teachers are people who was in the US or Canada, but actually they are Russians. Sorry for my English :)
actually my English teacher have explained me the 'I'm lovin' it' thing as enjoying the moment of eating (the moment -> +ing) the food in McDonald's, it makes sense, huh? ;D
I think that the fith mistake is the most common one I've seen in foreigners who come to my country and try to learn Spanish without mingling with us. shame on them.
Impossible not learn. Once you learned at least you don´t want to. Parabéns James. You teach very well from a funny way but with a essence: always making you understand English in a naturally way.
