I have been blessed to own the original X.. it is so ahead of its time (well these new MPCs all are really) and I will never get rid of my MPC-X! Great video! Previously, I owned the Touch but my current computer doesn't see it. I decided to grab the One Plus. Closest thing to the Touch while also having standalone capabilities. The Live 2 would've been nice with all the extra outputs in the event that I wanna go Dawless
I got the X Se the LiveMK2 retro and the one retro and I love em all for different reasons.The X as you said is the king and has everything but is missing the data wheel click to enter and no TC button which both functions I really miss. The Live 2 is a true standalone unit which I enjoy using anywhere without headphones or power supply but is a bit big for me to travel with. The One is little box of magic which for me is perfect to travel with and has what I think is the best button layout and workflow. Nice video and looking forward to more.
I have the ❌ & I’m itching to get the 37 and I already know that all I need to do is 1st purchase a keyboard 🎹 controller (preferably the MPK ) to successfully mimic what the 37 does and that way I won’t be doubling up on the same product buttttttt I’m a sucker for NEW GEAR‼️😂 btw I subbed after watching this video
I got the One, Live II, and Key 61. I’m good but the Key 37 is scratching an itch for some folks. Old DACs have lower resolution. People seem to like the sound of older, lower bit order DACs but I don’t want to go backwards. You can get the sound you want with additional gear or effects. Let’s not dumb down DACs because we don’t understand the science of sound. Get the sound you want with addition tools. Not everything I make needs to hit like an old MPC. Good walk through.

The only one I would consider is the Live 2 however I think I'd get neck problems looking down at it.
Yeah with its portability factor it’s definitely the most popular model.
