Are you talking about the trains, or the layout? If you are talking about the layout, I make them. If you're talking about the trains, they're in the trains menu.
I make all of these maps myself, and I am working on a part 2 of this. It takes a while to make maps when other things are on the side. Glad you enjoyed!

Oh, They aren't actually able to move. They were made by putting the trailers in "Roads" onto the flatcars, making them look like they were loaded.

Pan-Am doesnt exist anymore, and I'm pretty sure MEC just uses the leftover power that Pan-Am used.
Pan Am sort of half exist CSX just acquired some of their lines, but mec does not exist anymore.

The cars aren't actually loaded.
They are just regular Canadian Pacific baretables with tractor trailers manually put on them from the Roads section.
