the pace and the industrial hardness of a factory, with organic layering ontop, with suspenseful, soothing strings to balance it out.. and then the keys start with the rythm. masterpieces like that don´t get written anymore. a true testament how back then, when audio was bottlenecked by technology that composers really had to step up their game.
***** It's not a god who's lost his touch. It's a god who was replaced. David Wise only worked on the songs that were remixed from older games. Kenji Yamamoto did most of it.
This has to be my favorite, hits me in the feels everytime, chills and memories, even making me emotional thank you David Wise (I have to say your name speaks for itself !)
everything about Rambi Rumble takes me back to night I i saw my brother play this game and saw him beat this level. and this was way back in the days of N64 & Game boy color.
This song kind of reminds me of a song in Yume Nikki. I think it's the song when you use the stop sign on that girl and the weird multi arm event happens.
The best song to represent the biggest fear for anyone who plays the DK trilogy and you are entering their base... Proceed with Caution... If you dare...
Some of the harder levels. the first level of these apeared in the middle of the game. Some bonus levels where funny hidden in some of these levels ^^.
Anyone who dislikes this video is going to get attacked by a giant swarm of Zingers. Then they're going to get chased down by King Zing. So be warned haters. =|
I can hear Diddy going "ouch!" and running off. This is ingrained in my childhood memories.
SO TRUE. Miss this game so much
Also, watching yourself fall all the way down the map when you die..
GIOD NUSE! ITS ON SWOOTCH
Yep, forever ingrained in mine as well. I always felt so bad for them when I let them die!
Owwwwww

This stage always got me hungry as hell. That honey looked so good.
I loved that if you stood still the characters would eat some
rare always had a talent to put the player totally in the right mood with the songs.
man I remember liking the music as a kid these games were badass, rare was ahead of their time
Who else here thought it was adorable to play as Dixie while she hung from the wall just eating the honey? 😊
It always made me sad when Dixie cried. She was definetly my favorite Kong.
That part at 0:57 give me goosebumps!
1:01, I've no words to express myself... This is a work of a god!
xXMasterForceXx A god who's lost his touch ... seriously Tropical Freeze's soundtrack was such a disappointment.
***** It's not a god who's lost his touch. It's a god who was replaced. David Wise only worked on the songs that were remixed from older games. Kenji Yamamoto did most of it.
Jay Aaron Oh really? I didn't know that. That would indeed explain that incredibly screechy flute in over half of the pieces in that game.
WOW You Guys Have No Idea What Good Music Is. I Deep Bad For You. David Wise Is A Legend. God-Tier As A Composer.
Doesn't change the fact that you have an Incredibly annoying Method Of Typing, Kenan. Cut It Out
i always felt like a bad ass when you had to wall jump using the honey...this was such a great game...i miss it!!
This is the most underrated Donkey Kong Country soundtrack ever. This is the song that I listen to a lot that no one ever talks about.
Faz lembrar aquelas Abelhas Amarelas é o Ruídos delas durante o jogo bzzzz... bzzzz... saudades eternas..
the beginning of the song reminds me the intro of Killer Instinct
This has to be my favorite, hits me in the feels everytime, chills and memories, even making me emotional thank you David Wise (I have to say your name speaks for itself !)
THe proper name for this song, is " Flight of the Zinger"
Song played when I was trying to get rid of wasp nest in my backyard lol
Ridiculeando 200xciento real no fake
i can imagine a good rapper rapping over on some of the dkc2 themes
i still remember Dixie taking a taste of the honey
So many little things they put in just illustrated how much Rare loved their work.
This made me so anxious when I played the hive levels when I was a kid.
I know "bramble blast" is the most beloved of all the dkc2 songs, but this one is hands down my favourite.
This music makes me remember of that part where you have to flee from King zing sting before the boss level..
Songs like these is what makes the game so much fun!
I just went back and listened to 'Spiral' again by Pendulum and your right! Around 0:35 on this theme sounds just like the start of Spiral...strange.
hi
everything about Rambi Rumble takes me back to night I i saw my brother play this game and saw him beat this level. and this was way back in the days of N64 & Game boy color.
Soundtrack of This game is so good i love all donkeys kongs the first, the second i lovee
I just realized that the underlying beat follows the same rhythm as Diddy trapped in a DK Barrel.
This was their domain in the wasp hive nest where Diddy and Dixie were journeying in their search for Donkey Kong.
Pulando no mel das paredes...lembranças cara...lembranças.
this game is SICK
love the PIANO on that THEME
this song is a really good beat to fast rap to
Maybe this is why I have a phobia of bees...
This song always gave me the feeling like I'm in the belly of the beast
Nostalgia total.
I can still here the porcupines humming every time I listen to this.
This song kind of reminds me of a song in Yume Nikki. I think it's the song when you use the stop sign on that girl and the weird multi arm event happens.
It sounds like the theme song to Speed.
one of my favorites
Reminded me so much of Discovery channel documentaries on insects.
This is the first I noticed that Dixie wasn't keeping that croc mouth with her finger after more 20 years lmao
sound like " on the run " from Pink Floyd but with a more Klaus Shulz or Tangerine Dream way .
I want to some day make a hardstyle remix of this. Great track
abelhas...
*❤FEEL❤THE❤POWER❤*
amazing.. just fantaboulous for 90s... 👌👍✌🤗👋🙌🤲🙏🤲🙌🤸♂️🤸♀️
Utah theme music- the beehive state
exactly i see where ur comin from and to think there going to do more
play those songs at the same time they sound awesome
Horrible level, but awesome song.
The best song to represent the biggest fear for anyone who plays the DK trilogy and you are entering their base...
Proceed with Caution... If you dare...
I would love to hear the composed by an orchestra
@Animeaddict009 You're not alone...I have a fear of bees and wasps as well...I don't know when it developed, but it sure was when I was very little D:
*_Perfeito_*
Los terremotos mas fuertes de la historia veamoslas
By ridiculeando
The Zinger nest music i also love this one.
Anime showdown type of music
Dem Bees!
Some of the harder levels.
the first level of these apeared in the middle of the game.
Some bonus levels where funny hidden in some of these levels ^^.
we all see you eating that honey, Diddy...
@OldRaveMaterial the lead melodi in this track is some old famous melody i think
Ridiculeando
This would be a good track for level in a jet fighter game
Bramble Blast is one of the best.
this song always makes me think of those spanish dramatic songs
@xZippy38 Odd that the wasp hives have honey in them...I didn't know wasps did that!
It’s creepy how this could have been used for an Aliens game on Super Nintendo...
Dave is referencing Tangerine Dream’s score for Thief right?
The music sounds like you're playing a ninja video game
Mano que obra prima!
and this is why people are afraid of bees XD
@YoshisLastEgg I just never paid attention.
I always glanced at it.
If apiphobia had theme music, this would be it.
@YoshisLastEgg What the fuck. I always thought it was Diddy Kong's Quest.
I CAN'T UNSEE IT GOD DAMMIT
I passed the "Parrotchute panic" stage just spinnig with Dixie without the parrot :v
I no entender very mucho
same... its easier. but i was a badass and beat the game with only diddy
i used to always play the bee hive levels just to hear the bg music
The Un-Merry Go Round - Allan Holdsworth...
This sounds like Culture Beat "Mother Earth"...
time to climb in honey :D
Reminds me off of killer instinct throw backs
As much as I LOVED this game...I friggin hated these levels. I really did.
this song always reminded me of terminator 2
(Died) falling for 10 seconds. XD
@QueIch Confirmed! I hear it too!
@QueIch haha yea man, same here!
0 dislikes ;)))) i like
Queen bee's hive
parrote chute panic ughh!
Title should say Zinger Hive not Wasp Hive ;)
“2020 So What?”
2:24
8 porcupine doesn't like this song.
Love the music, hate bees alot.
Alguien sabe cuál es la versión de ridiculeando?
why does it say SpooNMan on the box?
someone can remake an corrupted version?
Anyone who dislikes this video is going to get attacked by a giant swarm of Zingers. Then they're going to get chased down by King Zing. So be warned haters. =|
nah man any terminator beyond 2 is shitty the first two are classics and hes right part of this does remind me of the theme a bit
This is the best game made in Norway.
