i love coconut oil and use it for a variety of things... but do NOT heat up coconut oil/cook with it.
coconut oil becomes carcinogenic when it hits it's melting point(which is lower than most oils, mind you)

But for you I would like to suggest if you can please try staying out or minimising the marshmallow and or sugar, even if your body is craving it.
The way your hand very subtly slipped when adding the butter - is showing some sign of pesticides related health issues that can start with micro tremors in hands.
And if pesticides are accumulated in other parts of the body, especially blood, that combined with sugary foods or fruits too- is fatal for health.
I have pesticide exposure related health problems that have gone to cardiovascular, organ damage ( blood and bone health issues) and near cancer levels in recent years.
I used to crave sugar (because my liver was also going toxic & body needed the sugar in the blood), but the consumption of sugar worsened blood and bone health problems that were already impacted first by the long term pesticide exposures.
Hence writing this reply to you.
In your videos it seems that you have a good backyard ( unless it's a nearby park)- would suggest for you to try growing a clean chemical free vegetable garden and some fruit trees.
And if your trees around grow some local fruits or nuts in the neighbourhood - please consume them, as they will help mitigate naturally any local environment toxin related health problems. Take care.
