I stake my tomato cages to give them strength. By stake I mean old broom handles and such. I do recycle old tomato cages as I upgrade. A friend made a really cool trellis with flattened tomato cages. Peace.
I do that as well . To tie them to the stake I cut up old nylons . They are soft and don’t harm the plants . Also they are strong and help to hold the plant in place, even when it’s heavy with tomatoes . I do the same to pepper plants .

I remember the days when you could get a set of 4 tires for $100 bubble balanced and installed (small cars with 13" tires). Vans would more likely be $130-$150.
Hi Taco. We don’t have vehicle inspections here thank goodness. My husband’s tires for his car cost about a $1200.00. I remember when you could get a set for about $400.00 . Prices are just crazy . About the tomato cages if you already are using the best ones why not just recycle the flimsy ones? Then you won’t be taking up space. Take care enjoy your weekend. You were talking about reviews. When we were looking for new tires we were looking at the reviews. It was crazy how many people will leave reviews on the people that put the tires on and not the tires themselves. Most reviews are like that. Very frustrating.
You did good today. Too bad things were soaked. I never used cages when I grew tomatoes. I used the metal stakes. On you list of items to put in van….write down an extra pair of shorts. Blessings always! ✝️😊❤️
It's been slim pickings here all Summer. I might even take the shower chair to the flea once and see if you can get $5 for it. The're ugly, but good for someone with an ankle injury as well as the usual old folks crowd. Back yard seating too - no water damage, and if they're damaged or swiped no one cries too hard.

Just curious. Thanks for the videos! I’d be curious to know more about the scrap process… sometimes we see you tossing stuff at the scrap yard, but I haven’t seen anything on the breakdown of different metals and how you go about selling them the aluminum or copper wire versus scrap mixed metal, etc…. Maybe you did a video and I missed it….
It has been covered in previous videos. Its well worth watching Tacos earlier videos. I was particularly charmed by the one where he got Salsa puppy. Going back over the videos is time well spent.

I know a lot of your followers have suggested you lack a small bag with change of clean dry clothes and shoes, extra sweatshirt etc. for change of weather throwing in charge of bike shorts might be good too. Also extra pair of gloves. I know you have been uncomfortable before with we t feet and wet gloves or have forgotten or damaged gloves in previous videos. May as well stay as comfortable as possible.

In the uk we have to get our cars etc MOT , to check that's is safe to be on the road, before you renew you road tax and insurance every year
