earlier i was having this problem of hair fall and some 5 yrs, hair thinning was the major concern in my life later i joined a nutrition club, improved my diet added flexseed and green vegetable in my diet, right exercise and right products helped me a lot, chemical hair products were damaging my hair, i chose natural haircare from little extra coco onion range and it really worked. now i have healthy scalp and hair but suggestion from these influencers to works on diet helped me.
