I fear that in time, it will end up going into genetic modification where every child is designed to fit a set role in society, determined from before their birth to create a perfect society. Kind of like how krypton ended up.... And that's not a pleasant thought.

I don't know about the boat in that last one, without a built in gyro scope that thing would need a pretty decent balast to stablize it with a bridge that high on a boat that narrow. Plus if the boat did start rocking, that pool up there would be the last place anyone would want to be near.
