As an ARMY veteran I can say that all groups are super talented!! But these boys, The Boyz, are just different! This performance is art. It's powerful and beautiful at the same time!
This is so true. I just watched it and it really gave me a new perspective on their performance. THE BOYZ worked really hard for a really short performance... I can tell a lot of effort has to be put into it. Really hits different.
Juyeon trusted his members 100% for his dangerous move is really moving. Watching their close bond and genuine respect they have for each other regardless of age are enough to stan them. All 11 of them bring something unique to the table. Amazing!
THIS was on my mind too...I’m so very upset because I do love some of the other groups but after getting to know The Boyz in RTK my heart just goes out to them and I feel so supportive of them because they have an immense amount of talent that goes unrecognized or unsupported simply bc other groups have more fans that are inclined to ensure their group wins (regardless of whether it is fair or not)-BUT on a more hopeful note, some fans are kind enough to voice their awe and amazement despite supporting other groups

I rewatched all the performances again (from RTK to kingdom) and I noticed what made The Boyz' performances satisfying for me. Each performance has a good flow in all aspects---the music, concept, arrangement and choreography. The Boyz and all who contributed to all their performances really know how to plan and wrap a performance very well. They actually put a lot of elements in every performance, there's always a lot but never too much. Their stages always feel complete.

I'm a stayatiny and listen to the other four groups casually, but The Boyz absolutely slayed this episode. Their performance had everything, but mostly they looked so professional! I was sad to see that they were upset that none of the team's picked them to go and thought it was because they didn't see them as a threat. Still coming back! At the time of Kingdom, this performance was so underrated. It's so artistic & included tribute to all the Road To Kingdom performances, but most people weren't even aware of it. Still makes me cry to remember how Kingdom was so toxic compared to RTK, being more like the battle of no. of fans votes rather than true evaluation/acknowledgement of performance quality. That said, The Boyz still came out of it gaining by developing & maturing more as artists & performers.
The Boyz shouldn’t be ranked 1st just because they became popular after becoming winners of Road To Kingdom. They deserve to be appreciated because they just prove, time and time again, that their stage presence, original concepts and technical skill is of a such a high quality that victory is something we are indebted to them. 1:18 literally gave me chills, I’m a huuuuge fan of more contemporary dance I think it’s so elegant and beautiful so the sudden shift between the powerful dancing before smoothly into the more flowing contemporary (I think this is the best categorisation of their dance at this point?) was so impressive especially since the music flipped just as seamlessly! I’m not a fan of theirs (yet... cause this really impressed me) so I had no clue this was coming and that just made the impact even better. Like how on Earth did they put together two very different sounds and dances but smoothly transition them like that? Impressive 👏

Still coming back! At the time of Kingdom, this performance was so underrated. It's so artistic & included tribute to all the Road To Kingdom performances, but most people weren't even aware of it. Still makes me cry to remember how Kingdom was so toxic compared to RTK, being more like the battle of no. of fans votes rather than true evaluation/acknowledgement of performance quality. That said, The Boyz still came out of it gaining by developing & maturing more as artists & performers.
The Boyz shouldn’t be ranked 1st just because they became popular after becoming winners of Road To Kingdom. They deserve to be appreciated because they just prove, time and time again, that their stage presence, original concepts and technical skill is of a such a high quality that victory is something we are indebted to them. TheB, let’s do this for our Boyz.

1:18 literally gave me chills, I’m a huuuuge fan of more contemporary dance I think it’s so elegant and beautiful so the sudden shift between the powerful dancing before smoothly into the more flowing contemporary (I think this is the best categorisation of their dance at this point?) was so impressive especially since the music flipped just as seamlessly! I’m not a fan of theirs (yet... cause this really impressed me) so I had no clue this was coming and that just made the impact even better. Like how on Earth did they put together two very different sounds and dances but smoothly transition them like that? Impressive 👏
