Never did we think it would take until 2022 to get a Google made smart watch. If you told me in 2012 it would take 10 years to get one, I’d say you’re lying.
It's weird when you're making software, but you don't have your own hardware to test it. The same will happen with ChromeOS since Google doesn't want to build Pixelbook anymore
@@vofking Chromebooks are now coming in the best laptop chassis and multiple form factors Google hardware wasn't as needed in that space. They do need hardware though
Glad they finally made it. Next year they should put a better chip with no co-procceser and use the space to add more battery. I would also like a bigger version
Unfortunately, to small for many wrists. Then the battery isn't going to be sufficient for the price tag. I'll be waiting to spend my Google credit for next years goodies..
The price, the obviously fragile design, the proprietary bands, no iOS support, the subscription necessary to use all the features...this is a giant MISS from Google, IMHO.
DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH! So disappointed. Sleep Tracker is very buggy. I had to return it twice. Did all the fixes known on the internet, even called their tech support but to no avail.

At 16:24 Watch battery came from 98% to 97% but at 16:47 battery immediately to 96%
1% battery per 23 sec at high usage
It is definitely thicker than any Google photo shows.
I'm an android guy myself but man my buddies Series 8 is hard to beat. apple is still ahead on everything.
