Some dealers actually can. I've watched videos how they can train to see the card on the deal, even though it's too fast for most people. And shufflers can be rigged to deal out certain cards. Do any casinos do it? I would say yes, but likely the exception and not the rule.
Also, side bets you need to play them you need to not play them

Continuous shuffler is the biggest scam, I don't like them one bit. you see way less face cards and aces.
I never understand why he sometimes hits a 12 or 13 against a dealer low card
If the dealer is showing a 10 or an ace, they will put the card in the mirror to check for blackjack, if it isn’t blackjack, the card will be blank white and the dealer won’t know. If there is a blackjack, there will be markings
Unfortunately casino has edge on all bets, if for entertainment, should bet minimum and no more than 5 minutes

Face card 10-J-Q-K, The Dealer will not turn the card for checking A because there are 4 As in all 4 corners.
Face card A, The Dealer will turn the card for checking 10-J-Q-K. (So the dealer should know what card under A)
Niagara Falls Canada, fallsview has dealer pair. You can bet on player or dealer pair. 6:1 for mixed pair. 12:1 for colored pair. 25:1 for perfect pair and 1000:1 if both have perfect pair.

Of course the dealer wouldn’t know what card they had when checking for blackjack other than if they have blackjack or not … if they did that opens the door wide for collusion.
They definitely can see when they have 20.

Two hands have saved you each time but you revert back to one and of course revert to losing. I think it’s your fear to run out of money cause you want to extend play for the TH-cam video. You have a pattern of doing this so suggest you review your videos to see you are causing your own losses. Good luck.

Also stay on 16 especially after you already hit 4×
Terrible advice. 12 against 2 is ALWAYS a hit. And you don’t stay on 16 against dealer 7-Ace unless it’s double deck and you have a 3 card+ 16
