I don't understand this modification part.... Like what's with lowering of ratings?
Yah, modification is really tricky and based on luck., but ya, i was surprised that HP recovery had higher rating than two other blue attributes.
been doing this but still on B rating did not spend any penny just pure grinding with all gold equipment except the heavy weapon which is epic.
Doing same, the most difficult is the polishing, check also what you have below A and try to focus on it as well
