The creepy/eerie nostalgia just hits so right, places that should make you feel comfortable and safe but envoke a sense of dread for the space your're looking at is what got me into this whole thing and got me watching GregBroDudeMan. Hope we can see a return to that in the next video.
On the topic of Ed, Edd & Eddy, in later seasons the adults are always off screen and never make any sounds, but the kids do address them. The only adult we ever see in full is Eddy's brother, who's said to be in his mid 20s. However in one episode we do see an arm of Ed's mom and Eddy's dad.
Edd, ed, and eddy was super liminal. I remember some of those school episodes where the entire school was entirely empty bar the like 7 characters. Just thinking back on that is weird. Imagine having an entire school and less than 10 people go there

The ceiling sky picture at 9:30 is the ceiling of the shoping/food court plaza of the Hotel Venetian. They also have a fake canal they had to paint to get the actual colour of the water. Its murky green gunk~ish. The colour is kinda "eeww"

During a bad snow storm back in early 2000's in NJ, my cousin had to stay overnight in the mall with a few other co-workers cause they had shut down the roads, so where ever you were for the evening, that's where you stayed. I left an hour before they declared it so I didn't get stuck, but omg, his photos from that night still haunt my nightmares.
I beg of all of you, play the Strange Town/Of The Killer series by Garmentdistrict. It centers around _actual_ liminal spaces and is just such a great and cute series. I can’t recommend it enough.

It was by my friends apartment and we walked by it and I just went “why?” I later reasoned that, maybe there was like an area that was good to build on that was smaller than the property so, it was some technical work around or something but, I dunno.

Day 2 of asking gregbrodudeman to play a game called “INSIDE”. This game is perfect for your type of content, with an amazing and utterly terrifying combination of liminal space, submechaniphobia, story telling, and of course thalassaphobia.
The creepy factor of the pic at 1:15 is due to the lighting. It doesn’t match up. The light on the road looks like daylight still when everything else is dusk/night. (Yes they’re just street lamps but it’s the color of the lamp lighting)
The problem is too many people especially younger ones are just thinking pictures with no people in are creepy and therefore in their eyes “liminal”, same goes for backrooms now, they are putting cartoon characters in, loud music, flashing lights and making it too familiar instead of unsettling
7:49 is a hotel in slovakia named Hotel Panorama. Just normal soviet brutalist architecture... And yes it is concrete, that is pretty common in this type of architecture.

These beautiful machines are hand crafted by artist who love cars and their jobs over months, love for machines is in every single screw, and random rich a-holes will just leave them to rot because they bought a new one. Cars are a status symbol to people who do this, a way to flaunt wealth. There’s a reason used Aston Martins lose over 100k in value and used Jaguar F-Types can price less than 40k (cheaper than a Toyota Tundra)
I have a large garden, like 100 yards long. I did a chicken wire along a row extending the entire length of the garden right at one edge for the sugar snap peas to vine onto. What I didn't expect is for the peas to vine all the way up and over top and onto the perimeter fence as well. It made an ultra thick tunnel of vines that ran entire length of the garden. I have pics from the outside but stupid me didn't think to get the pic inside the tunnel. I'm 100% doing that again next season and will take video. So watch for "the vinerooms" in 2025

Those abandoned cars are definitely in Dubai. It's a crazy weird phenomenon that happens over there. Lot's of abandoned exotic cars covered in dust.

my university had underground tunnels that connected buildings lol it was nice during winter not to step outside
