Integrated Ministry Model of the Uniting Reformed Church in Southern Africa (

I. Introduction
The IMM aims to streamline and strengthen the church's administration by integrating various ministries and clearly defining their roles. It emphasizes the church's core functions of worship, equipping, service, and witness, aiming to enhance coordination, planning, guidance, and communication across all levels of the church structure.
II. Church Structure
The URCSA operates on a four-tiered structure:
Congregation: The foundation of the church, led autonomously by the church council, its legal body.
Presbytery: A grouping of geographically close congregations.
Regional Synod: A grouping of Presbyteries based on location. Seven regional synods exist.
General Synod: The highest governing body, comprising all Regional Synods.
III. The Integrated Ministry Model
The IMM comprises eight ministries, divided into Core Ministries and Supporting Ministries:
