Does the pump run each time you use the rinser and/or pull a shot? I was ready to order a kit but the noise just through me off :( Would there be a way to fix that? Maybe "encasing" the pump? That being said, it's a pretty neat system though. Exactly what I have been looking for.

Hello! ALL pump systems will make noise, its part of the function. The volume of the sound will depend on the material you place the system on (Wood Vs Metal)
The accumulator helps keep the pump from engaging (turning on) with each shot you pull. The larger the accumulator, the less the pump will turn on and off.

Doing a hand sink in the cart, can I just use a large accumulator after the pump and have three water outlets?

I see that on the espresso machine, the gauge has already pressure on the pump side. Should you bleed off that line during closing or just leave that pressure there overnight?

You can leave it plugged in and powered on over night.

Hi Tristan, Our Electrical Distribution Panel is best run on a generator
