I mean even in dance shows the only girl that stands out from idols is Hyolyn or however you spell her name from SNSD, so yes, without biasness and only judging from skill level in terms of dance, boys groups are better.
Actually, in korean standards, girls have to act pretty, so their dance also has to be pretty and "girly". Strong and agressive dance is not considered attractive, that's why most girlgroups' coreographies are the way they are. This video is a really bold move, because the girls from Loona being unconventional and going against what people expect from them. Paradigms breakers queens!
