SIMS 4 SPEED BUILD HOUSEBOAT PART 2

Welcome back to part 2 of our exciting speedboat house build series in the Sims 4! In this video, we're diving back into the construction of our luxurious waterfront home, adding even more detail and style as we continue our build!
What you will see:
1. Affluent Aquatic: Opulence on the water, with marble floors, matching floors with gold accents, a hot tub and rooftop bar area! The Affluent Aquatic is perfect for sims who enjoy the finer things in life!
2. Casa O' Clan: This comfortable little home is perfect for the whole clan! it offers a cozy family area, a functional, family friendly kitchen! cozy bedrooms with unique touches! a beautifully landscaped garden and plenty of space for activities!
3. Nautical Marina Shed: Practical, simple, always gets the job done. Just like the fisherman luckily enough to end up here! with plenty of storage, wood walls and floors, and other nautical decor mimics the workings of a "reel" captains ship!
