I personally like both versions as she is good at both!
Both of these versions are outstanding. Marks version the guitars sound electric. Billys version the guitars are twangy just like country. I can listen to both over and over again. To me it comes down to the rockin guitars. but by not much

Yes she's not lip-synching. You can tell because if you watch her party for two video, she adds some things live that she didn't in the video. And she talks at the beginning of her video and she doesn't do that live.
