People really like to pretend that Kay didn't tell them the first time she found David was a fake. She really told everyone. Also she was going to tell Grace about it up until Grace said she wish Charity was her daughter instead of Kay. That being said she's chose a fake life with a fake son over a real life with her 3 real children.
Kay did tell the truth a long time ago but nobody believed her, grace saying that she wished charity was her daughter proved that kay was right about her from the beginning. Grace did love charity more than her own daughter

I hated Kay. She was such a selfish brat who couldn't accept that Miguel loved someone else. If it wasn't Charity Miguel fell for, Kay would have still pulled the same crap on the other woman. In real life, Kay would have gotten the crap beat out of her.
@@dity9442 Grace was a b1tch who did not respect her own daughter's feelings. Forcing her to "be happy" for Miguel and Charity when she knew Kay loved Miguel and it was killing her to see him marry Charity is completely unforgivable. Kay was kind to her compared to how I would have reacted.
