- Hello everyone.
Today is my first tapping massage in a while.
Tapping massage with a wooden stick, tapping massage with a
Tapping massage with a wooden stick, tapping massage with a wooden ball, and
And of course, tapping massage with hands.
The neck, shoulders, back, hips, and head were tapped comfortably to relax them.
The strength of the massage was not too strong, but just right.
I think it is easy on the ears to watch before going to sleep.
I hope this video makes you feel sleepy and relaxed after watching and listening to it.
