For those wondering if this works, it does but it’ll take time. I’ve been doing these since February and now it’s May. My chest has gotten noticeably bigger and I’ve gotten stronger. The only way to feel and get results is to be consistent. Since starting I haven’t made an excuse or missed a day to work out. It’s boosted my confidence a ton, and most importantly my self esteem is at an all time high. I recommend doing these if you’re just starting to build up strength. I can’t really diet to get the fit look but it’s under all this fat man😂 but I’ve gotten stronger so when I can go all out I know I can push myself to a physical limit I never had before. Just tried this workout today. The hardest and longest 5 minutes of my life. My chest is burning and so pumped up. It was so hard but it's the sweetest pain I've ever felt. Will be doing it on a regular basis. Can't wait for tomorrow.
I'm into week 5 of doing this and your ab workout everyday and no matter what those negatives and standards never get easier lol I love that you added in at the end that even you still always feel the pain after this workout. Makes me feel confident in myself that even if this doesn't get easier on me, I'm still going to continue to consistently follow through with your workouts no matter what. You're a life saver during these lockdowns BullyJuice
Starting the 30 days challenge with this, did this 3 sets back to back. My chest was dead within the first set. Total 15 minutes. Literally feels much better than my gym workouts 😂😂Thank you bullyjuice!👍🏾🔥 Day 16: did 15 minutes paired with 10 minute back workout. Feeling the gains 💪🏾
hey everyone, gonna try and perform this routine everyday for a month straight also gonna be pairing this with a fairly healthy diet and other workouts as well will update as frequently as i can day 1: challenging no doubt, but i felt good after. also really felt it in my arms too which i guess isn’t a bad thing to get some arm exercise in too day 2: none of my body is really too sore. again, felt it in the arms a lot. had to drop down to the knees on a few reps. also, there’s no way in hell i can push back up as fast as this guy is doing day 3: none of my body is all that sore today, i’m already seeing some pecs outlines (most especially above) the exercise seems to be getting a little bit easier but it’s still tough. feeling good though day 4: today was a rest day for everything day 5: went skiing and messed up my wrist so i decided to take another day off day 6: finally back at it, it was actually a lot easier than i remembered it. i didn’t have to go cheat any at all! my arms felt really sore after it all though day 7: i’m incredibly surprised at the results that i’m getting from just a week of this 5 minute workout. my arms always hurt after but the result is so worth it day 8: today was a pretty lazy day for me can’t lie. didn’t eat very good and layed around for most of the day so i had to do this routine later at night. and wow it’s surprisingly more challenging to do it at night as opposed to during the day day 9: honestly just forgot to do it lol day 10: i think i’m gonna update this every few days now instead of every day. feeling good about it thought and i’m really liking how things are coming along okay it’s been a minute since i last updated this but we back. i went back to school and it’s a little harder to complete it with having my friends back and more distractions. i still know i gotta stick to it and it’s coming along real well. it’s definitely working though because before i left my brother said even he was impressed with my chest gains (keep in mind i didn’t even tell him about this). just some motivation to keep going forward i’m feeling super good
OverlordZeilos it’s going good! i highly recommend it because it’s literally just 5 minutes of your day. it helps strengthen not only your chest, but also your arms. if you really want to start seeing definition you gotta get to a low enough bf % so that means diet!! but good luck and just remember it’ll be worth it in the end
Thank you Bully Juice. I started a 21 day challenge with a twist. Have to do it 21 times. I am 8 days before the end of my 6th cycle. For this and the next 2 cycles, I added push ups. Been following you. Couldn't do a push up. Now I go window sill, desk top, then floor. On the window sill I can go all the way to the sill, I used to do 5 reps. Today I did 15 on normal and wide. whoop whoop. Thanks so much for being such a good coach. P.S. I'm 60. And I am rebuilding my tris, bis and pecs.
Let’s do some math-> 1% of 24 hours = 15min 0.3333% of 24 hours = 5 min We don’t have any excuse not to be improving ourselves. Let’s GOOOOOOOO💪🏻💪🏼💪🏽💪🏾💪🏿 One Love ☝️
Bully workouts are my go to almost every time I get on here’d to workout. His workouts push you to get stronger, faster and improve over all health. As a father with three young boys I need that extra edge.
After being lazy and not workout for years, i decided to change my life and start to do something with my body. I found this video and was like "ohh, looks pretty easy, im gonna do it." And holy sh*t. I died in 5 minutes. I was laying on the floor like a sweaty sponge screaming for help. The funny thing is, i wasnt even able to do 30 seconds normally like in the video, LOL! But hey! Thats not important. The important thing is, everyone starts somewhere. Thanks for the video man!
I use to do 4 sets of 50 pushups. I don't even do those anymore after doing this 5min chest workout. It hurts every time and I love it!!! Those staggered pushups are serious!!! Thanks man your workouts keep me goin 💪🏽💯
Day 8 Video 2: Here's how following up his 30 minute chest workout with this went: Normal push: Did one solid one and couldn't get back up Wide Push: Started from high position. As soon as I put a slight bend in my arm, collapsed, couldn't push back up Staggered: I started high, fell to my right. Reset back up high, fell to the left Negative: Turns out my arms don't know the meaning of slow, they only know how to collapse Isometric: He claims I'd feel it in my chest but I only felt it in my face this time Thanks for helping me destroy my body, thanks BullyJuice! Day 15 Video 2: Just destroyed between the two, simple as that. Also, huge shout out to my wife for typing my comments for me! Day 17 Video 2: I don't know if it's because I can push myself more but I swear this video gets harder and harder
Don't understand why someone would thumbs down a workout video: if you don't agree with the technique, just keep it moving. Damn there are some haters out here
'no matter how many times i do this workout, it hurts every time' has to be one of the most accurate description of this vid. Ive been working out with youtube videos for about 10 years now and this one workout is among my favorites. Thank you
This routine is sooo simple and I don't even do it everyday, but it has already built muscle and alleviated some upper body pain issues I've been having. Really appreciate how straight to the point it is. Thank you!!!
thanks for this! used this video back when i started working out and coming back nearly a year later i can do so much more than i could! i was getting like 10-15 pushups in the first section when i started out in multiple sets, and now i'm doing 28-30 in that first 30 one set. thanks for starting out my journey man, keep the videos up!
When your “rest” your stretching your lower back which is great and also posturing up now with better stance and pushing the shoulders back while cutting the stomach.
Really great workout--been doing for a month and I see results :) If your shoulders hurt, your hands are too far forward. Get them in line with your chest and you'll feel it much more
The weird muscle in your back does it looks like some sorta wings or smth poking out bcuz thts what I see in my back and idk if its bcuz I'm skinny or some shit🤨
I have had MS since I was 13 years old and me being able to exercise let alone put on definition or weight had been next to impossible with all of my symptoms and medications. Since I have found your 5-minute exercises, the progress and change has been amazing! I feel and look better everyday!
Take as much rest as you need then continue when ready. Try to complete the workout. Overtime it gets easier and the rest periods shorter. Great objective way to measure performance increase.
I’m 44 20+ years training on and off. Body weight has personally gave me the best shape and strength I’ve had in my life. That’s me personally but I use gyms as well.
My guy, I wanted to thank you, around 1-2 months ago, I could barely do 10 - 20 push up because of my fat ass, since then I’ve been doing your video workout for about 2 weeks to a month, now I’m doing my own set of push up, similar to yours, Rn, doing 220 push up daily, huge growth on the chest, I can now do 70+ push ups in a row. Finally have the motivation to do other workout on the abs and legs, and seeing huge progress. Gonna do back and arm soon, cause I don’t have proper equipments to target those muscle group. Once again, thanks man, although you won’t see this, I just wanted to show my appreciation🤙
I’m literally stuck with a 45 lb dumbbell and a pair of 5 & 10 lb plates. I’m desperately trying to find ways to not lose all my gains due to the Rona shutting down my gym. 😂
Dude i cant belive this... i started this workout a month ago, i was flat as Heathrow airport and now my chest is noticably bigger and i can do this workout with so much more ease now... i couldnt do shit but now i do it no problem... going to your lvl 2 in next couple of weeks... ty you a legend honestly
I’m gonna do this for idk how long until I see something. I’m not on a diet but I don’t eat greasy or sugary foods. I’m also a skinny dude (I’m also doing the abs workout) Day 1: ✅ Did alrighty definitely hard though I felt great after Day 2:✅ very sore when i did the workout but I still did it, I feel great though Day 3:✅ again very sore but I still did it. Day 4: ✅ it was actually a little easier doing it. The plank was easier Day 5: ✅ I’m not very sore actually I can move around fine. The workout was a little easier Day 6: Rest ✔️ Day 7: ✅ I’m not sore at all now when I do the workout. It’s gotten a little easier again Day 8: ✅ no soreness and the workout was easy. I don’t see any difference in body shape yet but it’s only been 8 days. Day 9: ✅ today was a little harder for some reason but I did it still no soreness Day 10:✅ I did the whole thing. It was actually very easy. I’m surprised lol and I’m not sore at all now. I’ve gained a little weight too. Day 11: ✅ today done. It was easy again and I feel great doing it. The plank was a little hard but I think I didn’t sleep right today. Day 11: rest (ski trip) ✔️ Day 12: ✅ It was harder today most likely because I had skied yesterday and I was a little sore too. It should go away today. Day 13: ✅ it was a little easier. I think just pushing through those tough days was a good decision. No soreness and still the same. Day 14: ✅ today was easier to do. I think that ski trip really did a number on my routine. It’s fixing it self now though. Day 15: ✅ it was definitely easy now. I did it at a different time today and I had more energy. So I’m gonna do it like that again. Day 16: Rest ✔️ Day 17: ✅ it was harder very hard for some reason. It’s like the day after the rest day, I get weaker. So I think I might start not taking test days. Day 18: ✅ today was really hard like really difficult. I did do a lot of things earlier and I was tired so that’s probably why. Day 19: ✅ a tiny bit easier this time. Still need to build up to the strength I had last week. Day 20:✅ I was really tired because i did some physical work. So I did the work out on my knees still ok for now. Day:21: definitely felt a burn but I still feel great. Not as sore Day 22: ✔️ Day 23: ✅ It wasn’t to hard today surprisingly, it was difficult but that’s normal. I’m still gonna keep going. Day 24: ✅ It was pretty easy today. I was able to do about 95 push ups this whole time. It used to be 15 the whole workout so I’m making progress. Day 25:✅ I felt amazing today, i was able to do the whole thing with out breaks I feel stronger! Day 26: ✅ same as yesterday. I got in a few more reps so that’s great. Day 27: ✅ I felt great again. Feel stronger! I got in about 95 push-ups + the special ones. Day 28: ✔️ Day 29: ✅ it was a little harder but that’s because of rest day. Still feeling strong, the last one is getting very easy even though you have to hold it longer. Day 30: ✅ ONE MONTH ✅ I feel good definitely proud of my self. I’ll be doing this more in the coming months. I’ll just be updating once a week maybe. All in all I feel good, my chest looks a little bigger then before. Still need to push through though. Keep going everyone! You can do it! Week 1: ✅ still going strong and light! I took two days off because I was busy. The chest and abs are starting to take shape! KEEP GOING GUYS!! Week 2: ✅ definitely is an easy workout, I’m thinking of going up to the 10 minute one now. Definitely bigger chest and abs showing!
Nemiyah Scott man I’ve been doing these since February every other day, I went from not being able to barely do 10 to now almost matching the speed and number of his pushups, it works trust me bro keep pushing💪🏾
Day 1: Literally couldn't complete half of it, hopeful for tomorrow tho Day 2: Still incredibly hard, not giving up Day 3: Noticing very minor performance improvement, but still couldn't complete it. I feel a slight pump Day 4: Felt really good after this one, sweat like a motherf***er Day 5: It's gradually getting easier, was able to almost complete the entire thing, which is an improvement for me Day 6: More improvement, getting easier Day 7: More of the same Day 8: Stopped halfway cuz my arms were killing me, so I'm counting it as a rest day Day 9: Felt mucchhh better today, completed all of it except holding the isometric pose for 30 seconds Day 10: I half-assed it today cuz I wasn't feeling it, but still forced myself to do it. That's what counts Day 11: Did it, felt good Day 12: It actually felt considerably easier, great motivation to keep going Day 13: Still gradually getting easier Day 14: Nothing different Day 15: Starting to see some tiny gains Day 16: Really demotivating day for me, felt particularly hard Day 17: Did it, felt great Day 18: I had a moment today where I felt proud of myself for getting this far, if you're thinking about starting this challenge, DON'T LET ANYTHING STOP YOU!!!!!! Day 19: The gaiiins. Thinking about the very first day, made me realize the improvement I've gone through. Feeling great Day 20: Real gainz bro this is weird for me. Great motivation Day 21: LET'S GET IT WE'RE SOARING Day 22: I feel great, it's getting easier Day 23: I'm now finding myself able to workout my chest beyond this exercise, which is a great sign of progress Day 24: I started doing some extra, wide pushups before and after this exercise. Enjoying the grind Day 25: Never have I felt like I have a somewhat decent chest until today. Feels fckin amazing Day 26: Feeling fucking awesome

Just tried this for the first time. Wasn’t able to complete without cheating for a few seconds, but I primarily felt it all in my tris. I do have a good chest pump but tris are burning 🔥🔥🔥
You might want to try going wider on the hand position next time to engage your chest muscles a little bit more and take some of the work off of your triceps.
I saw this video around Oct last year and because of this my chest has doubled in size, my strength has increased and I look freaking good, if you were once struggling with self image start exercising
I've tried this obviously I couldn't do the push ups for 30 seconds but after I was done oh my my arms were numb and felt it real good in my chest great video man keep up the good work. Btw I subbed.
Me and my coworkers have been doing this exercise for the past year every 3pm and it has been the most routinized and the most helpful video ever, we use this video for 5 min legs workout too! Just as a timer
I also love that he was doing most of his pushups on his fists. A couple years ago for some unknown reason my wrists hurt to bend back so I couldn’t do a traditional push up anymore. I love that you added in at the end that even you still always feel the pain after this workout.
Makes me feel confident in myself that even if this doesn't get easier on me, I'm still going to continue to consistently follow through with your workouts no matter what.

FEELS GOOD! GET ALL OF IT!
He said it’ll be tough haha consider yourself a tough one 💪🏽💥
The most important workout of my life. Made me begin a healthy and fitness lifestyle. Thumbs up.
Starting the 30 days challenge with this, did this 3 sets back to back. My chest was dead within the first set. Total 15 minutes. Literally feels much better than my gym workouts 😂😂Thank you bullyjuice!👍🏾🔥
Day 16: did 15 minutes paired with 10 minute back workout. Feeling the gains 💪🏾
Dont do it every day your body needs rest to grow muscle tissue so do it once in two days . And get a lot of sleep 😉
hey everyone, gonna try and perform this routine everyday for a month straight
also gonna be pairing this with a fairly healthy diet and other workouts as well
will update as frequently as i can
day 1: challenging no doubt, but i felt good after. also really felt it in my arms too which i guess isn’t a bad thing to get some arm exercise in too
day 2: none of my body is really too sore. again, felt it in the arms a lot. had to drop down to the knees on a few reps. also, there’s no way in hell i can push back up as fast as this guy is doing
day 3: none of my body is all that sore today, i’m already seeing some pecs outlines (most especially above) the exercise seems to be getting a little bit easier but it’s still tough. feeling good though
day 4: today was a rest day for everything
day 5: went skiing and messed up my wrist so i decided to take another day off
day 6: finally back at it, it was actually a lot easier than i remembered it. i didn’t have to go cheat any at all! my arms felt really sore after it all though
day 7: i’m incredibly surprised at the results that i’m getting from just a week of this 5 minute workout. my arms always hurt after but the result is so worth it
day 8: today was a pretty lazy day for me can’t lie. didn’t eat very good and layed around for most of the day so i had to do this routine later at night. and wow it’s surprisingly more challenging to do it at night as opposed to during the day
day 9: honestly just forgot to do it lol
day 10: i think i’m gonna update this every few days now instead of every day. feeling good about it thought and i’m really liking how things are coming along
okay it’s been a minute since i last updated this but we back. i went back to school and it’s a little harder to complete it with having my friends back and more distractions. i still know i gotta stick to it and it’s coming along real well. it’s definitely working though because before i left my brother said even he was impressed with my chest gains (keep in mind i didn’t even tell him about this). just some motivation to keep going forward i’m feeling super good
Keep us updated bro! Or have you given up🤔
Ace C. hahah just forgot to update it
@@lukereed4801 so tell me how is it goin? I may get started myself
I wonder what kind of changes you will see. I also wonder if weight lost would be one.
This workout has been an absolute game changer for me. Always working on improving. Thank you Bully!
Let’s do some math->
1% of 24 hours = 15min
0.3333% of 24 hours = 5 min
We don’t have any excuse not to be improving ourselves. Let’s GOOOOOOOO💪🏻💪🏼💪🏽💪🏾💪🏿

After being lazy and not workout for years, i decided to change my life and start to do something with my body. I found this video and was like "ohh, looks pretty easy, im gonna do it."
And holy sh*t.

Day 8
Video 2:
Here's how following up his 30 minute chest workout with this went:
Normal push: Did one solid one and couldn't get back up
Wide Push: Started from high position. As soon as I put a slight bend in my arm, collapsed, couldn't push back up
Staggered: I started high, fell to my right. Reset back up high, fell to the left
Negative: Turns out my arms don't know the meaning of slow, they only know how to collapse
Isometric: He claims I'd feel it in my chest but I only felt it in my face this time
Thanks for helping me destroy my body, thanks BullyJuice!

MrChayanne93 That’s crazy, but did I ask?
Ross_HendricksPS4 im telling you
i’ve been doing 2-3 of these everyday for almost 2 weeks now and i’m seeing great results fast!! thank you so much bullyjuice !!
Really great workout--been doing for a month and I see results :)
If your shoulders hurt, your hands are too far forward. Get them in line with your chest and you'll feel it much more
Ever since i watched this video about a month and some days ago my chest has been pumping up a bit, it's crazy. Also my back has weird muscle now too.
The weird muscle in your back does it looks like some sorta wings or smth poking out bcuz thts what I see in my back and idk if its bcuz I'm skinny or some shit🤨
Nah. Your back gets a slight workout too cuz of the back muscles being squeezed whenever you do any pushup. I'm hoping for a nice back too
Just did it, the gyms have been closed now for two weeks and you inspired me to get a workout in and I'm feeling it brother!
Day 11 “ if it was easy everyone would do it, but it’s hard that’s why I’m challenging you to do it”

I’m gonna do this for idk how long until I see something. I’m not on a diet but I don’t eat greasy or sugary foods. I’m also a skinny dude (I’m also doing the abs workout)
Day 1: ✅ Did alrighty definitely hard though I felt great after
Day 2:✅ very sore when i did the workout but I still did it, I feel great though
Day 3:✅ again very sore but I still did it.
Day 4: ✅ it was actually a little easier doing it. The plank was easier
Day 5: ✅ I’m not very sore actually I can move around fine. The workout was a little easier
Day 6: Rest ✔️
Day 7: ✅ I’m not sore at all now when I do the workout. It’s gotten a little easier again
Day 8: ✅ no soreness and the workout was easy. I don’t see any difference in body shape yet but it’s only been 8 days.
Day 9: ✅ today was a little harder for some reason but I did it still no soreness
Day 10:✅ I did the whole thing. It was actually very easy. I’m surprised lol and I’m not sore at all now. I’ve gained a little weight too.
Day 11: ✅ today done. It was easy again and I feel great doing it. The plank was a little hard but I think I didn’t sleep right today.
Day 11: rest (ski trip) ✔️
Day 12: ✅ It was harder today most likely because I had skied yesterday and I was a little sore too.
Day 16: Rest ✔️
Day 17: ✅ it was harder very hard for some reason.
Not as sore
Day 22: ✔️
Day 23: ✅ It wasn’t to hard today surprisingly, it was difficult but that’s normal.
Day 28: ✔️
Day 29: ✅ it was a little harder but that’s because of rest day.

Day 2: Still incredibly hard, not giving up

Day 7: More of the same
Day 8: Stopped halfway cuz my arms were killing me, so I'm counting it as a rest day
