seele is a character that as long as you can meet the investment thresholds for resurgence she becomes really good.(Ie support eidolons seele lightcone and eidolons and artifacts)But at a baseline she is jingyuan level, ie she isnt good.
She is fine E0S0 and can be strong from E0S1, she doesn't need eidolons, her signature can be used by others, better invest more in supports with is good because when you stop playing seele you can still benefit from supports that got eidolons instead of dps

Seele didn't age well in general. She can still do amazing if you know how to play her but being that she is the prototypical 1st limited 5 star Hunt unit we got, she will eventually get eclipsed.

You can easily play older units without eidolons on 5* supports(my tingyun is e4 btw, day one player here)
