The husband really didn't love his wife. He spent his time taking care of the ex-girlfriend. Didn't even know his wife was sick. Then even in the hospital he took care of his ex-girlfriend much better than he did his wife. I don't know why writers write these types of stories and try to blame the wife. I don't know what wife would be happy with their husband taking care of another woman, feeding that woman and spending their time with her. Even after learning how his wife felt, he still prioritized the ex. Of course these two will get back together, but in reality, I'm not sure she would get back with him--especially when she had her cancer scare and he wasn't there for her. The other sister's husband is just a straight up cheater. Both men are cheaters--one in his heart for his ex and the other one in body and heart.
