Id love to see some pvp focused air fleet building videos. Like what ahips to pair with air fleets, how to deal with mistrals and t800, and what ships you could use if you dont have the S tier ships (i myself have everything but mistral) for example
My hybrid fleet is a mix of 3 Frontline destroyers, Ion Ruby in mid row, AA Xeno and Xeno base in back row, this Hybrid fleet is quite a menace for what it can do, reinforce with 5 solar whales(14 ac per whale) and when on a +4 dock 4 ST59 to hope to draw the enemy aircraft from the solar whales, this fleet handles itself quite well for what its worth
I just made a 2nd account, and I think one of the main things Im going to be using it for is just testing. I like to just play solo and fight NPCs, and it's so hard for me to test vs other players cause I only have like, 1 gold ship lol. Very interested to see more fleet comps.
I've been playing with this type of fleet build for quite awhile. They do tend to hold their own unless you're up against more massive whale fleets, and even then it will be a long battle.
I think the introduction of sub-fleets might have rechanged everything. I can get up to 2200 military points worth of ships. That’s either 4 fleets of 400 and 1 reinforced fleet of 600 military points. Or three full fleets of 600+ with one fleet of 300-400 military points. I don’t have enough tech points for this😅😅😅.
Hi Damphyre, to answer your question, if you are running the 11 whale with the maintence mod correct, it will always be better than 15+ whale. I'm 3.2 11 whale vs a 4.1 15+ whale and I completely ran through his fleet due to just how strong the healing keeps your mistrals/VB alive and the buffs it gives to t800 is also insane. The fleets were a little different but overall we ran pretty much similar fleets.
A base para formar uma frota forte é 4 ou 5 cruzadores de batalha com 5 Naves Capitais de reforço. Para tentar ser durável durante uma batalha numa cidade nível 5 eu coloquei: 5 Marechal Crux no reforço, 6 Lança de Urano, 4 ST59, 1 Jaeger e 1 Nave Auxiliar FSV830. Eu não tenho outros diagramas, mas eu substituiria o ST59 por Relâmpago e a FSV830 pela nave auxiliar NOMA. Fiz essa configuração para 1 frota para ver se ela é durável, mas tive que desistir, porque os jogadores não compareceram, então não houve combate. A composição também deve levar em consideração a missão. Se for para pegar cidades a Lança de Urano e o Warspite tem qualidades de cerco bem fortes para fazer a cidade cair rápido, pelo menos 4 de uma dessas naves precisa estar na composição. Se for para combate com outras frotas a composição deve valorizar antinave e defesa espacial. Depois que comecei a observar isso, minhas frotas mudaram no quesito durabilidade em batalha. Na hora de compor as frotas é preciso ver todas as naves com antinave muito forte, inclusive os caças e corvetas, e usá-los na composição. Difícil é ensinar os jogadores a compor frotas e fazer eles não terem dó de gastarem as naves no confronto. Tem gente que possui diagramas de naves fortes e prefere produzir fragatas e destroiers. E assim, uma cidade que poderia cair em apenas 10 minutos, cai em mais de 1 hora de combate.
Seems to me in order for one to have the flexibility of fleet experimenting, as a minimum we need all the ships which means having alot of proxima to buy bp to bypass the RGN.
I'm 13 or so server in now and been playing for 2 years. I have most of the ships so I can play around a fair bit. But I also know what ships can replace other ships as for isntance the Connie Plasma can replace the Cally HT.
To be honest it is more fun to run non-meta fleets, as every fleet of mine needs to have my darling Light Cone B - As it is the best looking ship in-game
I’d love to see a video discussing what *should* be in a flank/second fleet, and what *should not* be in one. Occasionally you drop a comment like “obviously this ship doesn’t work in a flank fleet”, and it’s just not obvious to me :)
flank fleet wont get attacked by aircrafts, so any ships/aircraft that works mainly by counterattacking aircraft wont do anything. xeno AA works best in flank fleet though because its an active AA, and it doesnt need to worry about its low hp.
I feel like the massive whale you mentioned was Mal 😂 and Keth is a beast.. his crux are wicked.. GG on the fight I got to see it start and was excited to see the outcome
Hey damfryre does hybrid still work? I'm getting back into IL with my main crew and need to start building fleets again according to Meta...I'm kinda out of touch could really use help
Hybrid is the stronger meta, it counters swarm which is still very popular. After that you have immortal fleet which needs CTG or Spear and 12 Aux CAS to run reinforce with solar whales with max aircraft. They're the 3 metas atm, I personally run hybrid mostly.
Us who play for free (mostly) have never had a choice but to run "hybrid" fleets. It just hasn't been a choice since we can't collect enough tech to meaningfully upgrade ships higher than destroyers.
most of the F2P guys I run with are server 12+ in now and have at least 1/2 cruisers with TP to run and 1 BC and Carrier with enough TP and modules to run. I know very very few people that can run multiple battlecruisers and carriers in a single fleet.
8 minutes battle-and 2,4 million damage… No hayredins, no callisto heavy, no at c! With them you lose all heavy in couple minutes and job done;) Opponent no need to 0 you fleer-only heavy matters for time and resourses. And with 2 lines of fly’s than we can build parallel losing air is not that painful like before!
So forgoing the healing we drop heavy armour in favour of EM armour here. Assault torps on the M slot, Pulse turrets and the missiles on the secondary slots.
Hey D Do you have a video on subfleets, purpose and how it works. The game is terrible explaining it. I think it means a fleet is associated to an outpost or mining platform but not part of your main CPs. Not sure. Any light you can shed is great.
I haven't got one out yet. Just got into a new server so building back up to show it off atm. But you're basically correct, it becomes the outposts or platforms fleet and will not cost your main CP. You can have 2 fleet one 300CP and one 400 CP. Attacks etc issued to fleets will launch them from said platforms etc and if you retreat them they go back to the platforms.
It's so difficult for normal players... i have been in the game for 12 phases and i'm barely even at 1 or 2 ships with enough techpoint to run properly... without mentioning i never dropped a single callisto.... i'm getting hammered in 95% of the battle xD the freetoplay player need a lot of patience. If you could do a video for a freeplayer oriented fleet (maybe a limit of 40/50 techpoint and limitated at primary design ?) it would be awesome !
It is. I will try come up with something that uses the base ships that you get from the free box. Will have to think a bit about it as theres not much in the way of damage or tank really in all of em.
F2p fleet after 12 season heavily depends on the specific variants and modules you have. Every player has its own RNG in this game. Every blueprint could be frequent for one player and very rare for the other. So, F2P could have very different collections.
@@longinus58 yep, we talk about 12 seasons of f2p. There are servers exclusively for players that never got top places in a rating. I guess they have more friendly environment lol. I am personally f2p in my 12th season.

Mostly anything that is a AA ship won't work in the flank fleet, this includes some aircraft that attack on the counter attack only.
flank fleet wont get attacked by aircrafts, so any ships/aircraft that works mainly by counterattacking aircraft wont do anything.
xeno AA works best in flank fleet though because its an active AA, and it doesnt need to worry about its low hp.
What phone do you recommend to play so smoothly? Cause your tactical view is very smooth even if it's a swarm fleet

Honestly it wasn't Mal 😅. Well took 3 attempts to get the fleet into that position. Will take even longer tweaking it a bit now.

Makes sense. I've noticed that getting mods for carriers and bcs is a slog. I've gone 10 phases and still have very little that way.

I was wondering is there a bug for the ships weapons cause it shows me one gun firing when there is 3+

Personally I can fight whales in the early game before they roll out their BC and Carriers those things are just OP

f2p isnt viable without a HUGE amount of seasons under their belt. This game is evolving more and more into p2w.
