Thanks for the video. They make a straight blade so much more efficient. I have a set on an 8’ fisher adds something like 1’ per side. Tell me about your cutting edge. I have a Curtis 8’ straight blade for my skid steer that I want to put these wings on and need a new cutting edge. Curtis is no longer making steel cutting edges. Thinking of using a plastic one
Thanks for watching. The cutting edge is a poly material that I sourced through a plastics company out of Eden Prairie, MN. I cannot remember the exact material or name of the business but could find it for you if needed. Great for sensitive surfaces. I have a few clients that have either a paver or stamped concrete driveway that didn't want steel cutting edges being used. I think it scrapes better than expected. I honestly don't know much of a difference between this and the steel edges on my other plow.
