Assuming you both got married but don't have marriage certificate yet. Would recommend any document related to your wedding (invitation card, wedding pics) would work. Alternatively if you have any joint account or house etc that has both of your names should suffice!

7lakh is good amount for UK visa. However see if you can also attach any account that has debit/credits so that they know your monthly earning/expenditure.

3-5L/month/person should be fine for UK travel. Travel history is not mandatory and since you have already travelled before, she would have advantage in this case!

Yes for UK visa, you can show MFs/FDs/PPF etc as your balance! But also do ensure that you have some liquid money with you in the bank.

If you are Indian citizen, you don't have citizenship/residency from middle east, you need to show middle east travel

Travel Insurance is not required to be submitted for UK visa application. However we would recommend to get one when traveling to UK !
