My kid got one of these. The bar snapped after about 8 weeks, which was outside of the warranty period. He saved up his money and bought another one. The bar snapped on the new one the 2nd week he had it. Thankfully it was under warranty still, which is 30 days. the bar might be a weak spot, so consider getting an extended warranty if you can. Aztek sent out new bars, not the same color, but although it took a few weeks, we are happy with the end result of our warranty claim.

I'm sorry to hear that. I don't speak for aztek. And I personally haven't had any issues. And I've had mind for over a year now
