Fire puppeteer is nerfed for rta, the slow was much better in Haegang/Eshir/Zima comps for turn cycling, silence is less useful in a passive meta. Zima was a turn 2 counter, now it’s worse at its job

I cannot believe that after all this time complaining about my Jaara being horrible for a dark nat5, they...took away the only thing I used him for. I cannot snipe Odin defenses with him anymore, so his runes are going elsewhere. Unreal.
Still, the chance to only get 3 shots in per unit is the one that's killing it and they're not changing it. With so many counters, surely 4 hits per unit as a minimum would make him usable. At least, I would.

It would be cool if the dark phoenix passive was something like revives and attacks the monster that dealt the killing blow with his s1. This attack always lands as a critical hit. I think that would fit thematically and finally make him more useful than wind robo...
Honestly though, as for the light Ninetails she is REALLY great, and s3 practically covers the healing nerf anyways. I love her and enjoy using her in RTA as a replacement pick for the fire monkey king if the enemy takes him from me.
wind bayek went from a dot bruiser that heals and does more damage based on debuffs to a dot that can do eather 5% or 10% of its hp as damage meaning a 40K hp tank gets 2k extra damage on s1 and 4k on s2... they really dont know what to do with that unit so they just keep fking it into the ground
Artifacts can help aswell. Dmg by hp% def% atk%. If he already has a chance to do 10% of his max hp then get artifacts that deal damage based on his atk/def. It's really not hard to figure out. Artifacts are there for us to tweak the monster to our desire.
i still preferred him with his damage scaling on debuffs since only s2 scales off HP... and now he lost all sustain too so you can build it tanky and use hp scaling artifacts that help s2 but s1 is still a hot mess and again the added damage is minimal for even the thickest hp tanks @@chosenpuncake9389
Thanks for the Balance patch. I mainly use Okeanos in ToA situationally right now. I haven't gotten into pvp due to lack of runes. So I'm curious if his tweak will be of benefit to me. So far the only new nat 5 summons from the anniversary, are a choice between wind or water Dokkaebi Lords. Plenty more spots to summon, so I am waiting. But I wonder about the buffs for him.
As a 2x kinki owner, im pretty sad that the nerf they chose is what they did. I could see lowering the heal percentage or reducing the damage on s1 or something that still has the desired effect, but removing the counterattack heal entirely removed a ton of uses for kinki. they already nerfed his staying power when they changed gauranteed crit units. Id be tempted to put kinki on revenge now and im curious if revenge and s3 can both proc from the same hit. I get the need for a nerf but it's an ld4 that isn't hoh, it's supposed to be good, yk?

Im kind of curious how kinki is going to work with revenge runes. Does the passive just override the revenge mechanic and he counters with 1 hit or maybe the other way around and he hits 2 times and heals or maybe they forget about this scenario and we will get some unexpected behaviour that will have to be fixed asap. I'm like 99% sure it will be the first case I mentioned but you never know with com2us...
pretty sure the passive counterattack takes priority over the revenge runes, might be worth checking if revenge runes can trigger when the passive doesn't

i hate when they do blanket nerfs instead of just nerfing one of the family. mo long loses skill 2.. why. occult girls mostly arent used outside lora and nicki in rta. wind and water r super rare and fire is also rare as a last pick.

I keep asking for it, I want a change to Geldnir's passive. Not a buff or nerf, but instead a change. The other units in his family have something cool happen when they use their skill at 5 stacks, Geldnir doesn't have any really visual difference and just heals more. I would be happy if he healed less but did something cool like maybe restore the HP of all team members by X% of their total life, or cleanse all debuffs from the target healed.

i think Light Undine suffers from this. She had a guarantee strip that removed everything and a full team cleanse whilst protecting a unit (including herself) for 3 turns. now you remove 1 only if you haven't got more buffs which is annoying, and the passive doesn't work on her or cleanse anyone which is a big nerf. Yeah, she gets a nice heal, but it's to the unit with the lowest health and only for 1 turn. i feel this change takes away your control over her and places it down to more circumstances as to when she can use her skills making her less consistent. still gonna give her a shot since she is 1 of my fav units, but would be nice if she had cleanse 1 harmful effect when she gives invisibility to a ally.

I use my Zima, i definitely prefer the silence lol. I already use him with other ATB manipulation units, speed break was nice but nothing super impactful, silence tho' can stop a unit that slips thru all the ATB reduction/other CC'.
Yet again the nerfs are instigated due to rng. Something is OP if it violent procs? Nerf the unit so that the runes aren't an issue. Why not just nerf proc chance, or better yet, restrict procs to +1 on all pvp content. Ganymede, occult girls etc would no longer need the nerf. Gany hathor used to be op, because many could ventilate himself. With violent procs he became obscene. So nerf him because violent procs made him too good? Seems ridiculous.
Kinki will still be strong for siege offence in tractor kinki + racuni/tetra In those offences he's really just there as one of the if not best nat 4 tank He's definitely a whole lot worse in rta and siege defence (where he hasn't really been a thing for a whole) and a pretty worse on AD where his purpose was adding a squeeze factor on AOs by being on defences where cleaving the other three safely entails leaving him alive. Camilla however is the better AD unit outside of probably double AD meta LD5 defences so no biggie.
