Dont get me wrong, I love Ant and Dec, and Dan and Phil. The thing is, their personalities and humour just seem too different. I just think their great as separate duo's. Dan and Phil can't be the new Ant and Dec cause they both are too unique :)

Four of my loves in one video Ant & Dec, Dan and Phil! oh gosh I can't handle this, I always thought Dan and Phil were the internet version of Ant & Dec so this is rather surreal xD ♡♥ If you don't know who Ant & Dec are, They are from Newcastle and when they were younger they used to act in a children's soap opera called Byker Grove. (One of the most prominent storylines was Ants character PJ went blind after a paintball accident) and they have been best friends ever since, their characters interacted and became friends. They used to then have a singing career calling themselves PJ and Duncan, who were the names of their characters in Byker Grove. Then they started presenting, their second presenting job that was rather proper was a Saturday morning children's block called SM:TV Live (their Co Presenter was Cat Deealy, who you probably know as the presenter of "So you think you can Dance") After leaving SM:TV Live they presented Pop Idol, the very first Idol programme. Then presented "I'm a celebrity get me out of here!" Which they still do, Then "Saturday night take away" which they also still present, Then "Britain's Got Talent" again which they still do. In the middle of all this they stared in two films, one being a cameo in Love Actually and another where they were the protagonist but the film didn't do so well so you can Google that xD (I personally quite liked the film) Every year that they have been nominated in the National Television Awards (A UK based award show whose categories are voted for the public) for presenting and every year they have won xD Yeah I'm a proper huge fan of Ant & Dec xD ♡♥ I've been a fan since Pop Idol xD Hopefully that was a bit informative ♡♥

Why is Dan conducting the interview ? Is Phil just being shy or did the channel ask Dan to take the lead ? It really bothered me, he was like a third wheel :/ (not hating on Phil or Dan btw, I'm just worried they're leaving all the responsibilities to Dan as if he were "the better man" of the two)
I feel as though Phil gets much more anxious about these sorts of interviews compared to Dan. So I think it's more Dan tries to ease that tension for them idk though
I think it might have just been that Phil was quieter than Dan. And also I think Phil kind of restrains from speaking lots when he is around other people not just him and Dan because he says the first thing that comes to mind which is always adorable, quirky and creative but maybe he didn't think it was suitable for this interview. Also he might have been feeling anxious who knows.
