- This Chocolate Christmas Cake should not be missing from your Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner. Complete dessert for your year-end celebrations.
INGREDIENTS:
250gr of Wheat Flour
250g of milk
2 eggs
1/2 Cup of Sugar
50gr of Butter
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of rum
1 Tablespoon of Panettone Essence
1 Tablespoon of Chemical Yeast
1 dry apricot
1 and 1/2 Tablespoon of Dark Raisins
1 tablespoon of white raisins
1 and 1/2 Scoop of Candied Fruit Soup
Swiss cream for filling
200gr of Medium Dark Chocolate for Topping
