Just a note: it is God who qualifies us (2 Corinthians 3:5.)
For it is He who works in us to will and to do (Philippians 2:13)
So we can't qualify ourselves. But God is willing to qualify us because He wants no one to perish. So if we ask Him to qualify us He will, and He will help us do what we need to do to join the endtime army.

These 300 were warriors because they knew who their enemy was and they were awake watching when they bowed and humbled themselves to receive the living water of repentance. They didn't just taste the water like the religious ruler at the wedding tasted and didn't drink.
