Very knowledgeable Pastor! The contest from the Garden of Eden has always been centered on spiritual knowledge.The Scriptures show that the only thing powerful enough to defeat the lie of the adversary is the truth. And God's Word is truth(John 17: 17) The truth is Jesus (Jn 8: 32). Rhapsodizing the Word of God is therefore doing ourselves a favour. The more of the Word we interact with,the more the Word becomes flesh in our spirit man.The purpose of marriage, with the creation of Eve,was to make Adam and Eve one.Likewise the purpose of God recreating us in Christ is to make the two one(1 Cor.6:17) Constant fellowship with the Word of God is the bride's constant fellowship with the Groom (Jesus) on this side of the divide(Eph.5:31,32).
