Dry fasting is always humbling 😢
Dry fasting brings God's mercy because it kills our pride and all carnal desires.
Myself and my wife have been doing 3 days fasting every year since 2006 by His Grace. (Last three days of every year) The spiritual testimony and physical testimony are endless in our lives.
Yes this food addiction ain’t no joke but okay Jesus let’s go again and do this fast 🙏🏾

@@Alarnarubyann sorry for late response I’ve been successful in fasting so was able to do many 24 hours but now I’m struggling to build up again . However what I’ve learned is that you have to train your body up to do it you can’t just jump into it . Increments is good like maybe one day you say okay I’ll do 6am-12pm only water or eat once a day is another good one id probably recommend that one more so . Unless you been properly training or you’re in an emergency situation such like Esters . Hope all is well ♥️🙏🏾

Appetite is something you have and you desire to do always.
Fear is the presence of Satan or demons to torment you… all you need is to be more prayerful and more spiritual, become full of God and in the study of his word and the fear will depart… moreover anytime you become afraid, just know that a demon or evil spirit is around you that very moment. Just as the Holy Spirit conveys the presence and power of God… Fear is also conveyed by demons to let you know that Satan is around you.

Please, I beg you drink water during fasting. If you will go without water, let it not be more than 3 days. I don’t think Apostle intends people to fast more than 3 days without water.

How can one balance Dry Fasting and Work?
Maybe on your days off. If you work Monday to Friday then do Saturday, Sunday and Monday (Monday you should of adapted to the fast) or do Friday afternoon to Monday afternoon
I think it’s good to work your way up to dry fasting if you are not used to it. Try dry fasting by skipping breakfast, break at midday and then keep extending the time slowly. It will then prepare your body to go longer without food and water. I’ve just come off Esther Fast, my Day 2 in the evening was difficult but otherwise I was able to do it ok through first partial fasting daily
Can you dry fast for 3 days and continue fasting on the 4th day with water

It is actually unsafe to go beyond 4 days on a dry fast (no food, no water) because the human body cannot do without water for longer than 4 days. Medical science has proven it. So when you do a dry fast, break after 3 days, by drinking water (lots of it to hydrate) on day 4, and then continue with another 3 days dry if you so wish. Take day 4 as a water fast.
I actually did 3 days Ester and continu on water next 4 days, i was in heavenlies on second day in vision at night,and saw milions of angels,and first row had 4 wings, they all were in pure white light and i also notice that their face (of this 1st row angels with 4 wings) were like in syriac people and one of them telepatically told me PREPARE YOURSELVES TO MEET CREATOR.

Medical science? Jesus rose from the dead, there's healing in the name of Jesus. What does medical science say about that? Point being the subject in question in not to be tested through medical science. That science hasn't proven to be the most reliable source of our faith.
People have done 7 days and under the glory you can go as far as necessary. When asked by God to do it you can go as far as he wants you but if you are ding it yourself maximum is 4 days

How can I keep appetite of fear and anxiety under?
By prayer and fasting declaring the word of God over your life
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
*Fear is a Spirit* it's from the devil
Before going to attack, praise and worship God first and pray in tongues if you can. When you feel you are ready, you start to pray the following.
Declare the following Bible verses:
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philippians 4:13
For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7
Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Luke 10:19
Now you are ready to do self-deliverance.
You say the following: Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus, I repent that I live in unbelief. I repent that I have sinned against you in this area ... you name them. Father, forgive me for the sins that I have done. I repent that I have open doors for Satan to come in.
After that, you say, "Father by the Blood of Jesus and in the name of Jesus, I renounce and denounce fear and anxiety out of my body. I break every covenant that I have with them by the Blood of Jesus. By the power of the Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus, I command the spirit of fear and anxiety to come out of my body right now. And you will not harm me while you are coming out.
And see if you throw up, burp, pass gas, or cry or feel the urge to breathe out.
I command those demons that I cast out to go to the abyss and never come back. Father, close every door that I opened for the enemy to came in.
That's how you cast out every demon out of yourself.
I have done ceveral self-deliverance. Every time I feel something, I call it out of my body. Sometimes, I will burp, or I don't feel nothing, which means I had nothing or it came out without manifesting.
That is self-deliverance for just common spirits. But if you are going for stronger demons like witchcraft, marine spirits, Jezebel, and so on.
You need to break altars and covenants and engage in prayer for longer. And ask go to restore your foundation.
For that I would recommend you to buy books. One of them that will make you through for sure is the following book. When I broke those Altars and called out those demons from that generational altars, I threw up. That's when you are digging deep and delivering yourself and your generation to come.
