Jean Carroll was not his employee, she and Trumps wife at the time, Marla Maples were best friends, Trump asked Carroll if she would accompany him to Bergdorf Goodman's a high end clothing store for women, in order to buy his wife Marla something for her Birthday, he had the store closed to the public so that they could shop privately, it was there that she said he forced her in to a dressing room and assaulted her, she is not the only woman before this incident and after to accuse him, his own wife accused him of it but latter withdrew her statement,(she later died under strange circumstances) the other women, if they had social status, were paid off and if they did not they were threatened by his goons until they dropped suit, too many woman have made accusations for there not to be some truth to this, he is a horrible man, no getting around it.

From what I understand those trademarks were worth millions, Citizens for ethics stated the Ivanka and Jarred made over $640 Million while in the White House, not including the $2.2 Billion Jarred received from the Saudis two months after Trump left office, yet they want to waste tax payer money to chase Hunters laptop which was obtained from a computer repair shop by an individual with republican ties, so it could have been tampered with, this is why it can not be used in court, either way Hunter is an attorney and was hired to do that job, what he was paid was no more than other Americans hired by that company and not much by Trump standards, they cry witch hunt when the republicans invented it to use against their opposition before and during campaigns, just look at what they did to both Clinton's.

I was raised Catholic and I am almost as old as Sam Alito, but I would happily tell Mr Alito to take his version of Catholicism and ram it where the sun doesn't shine. I don't know what he was listening to at church, or in parochial school (I was there for eight years) but I went through much the same that he did and I see the world completely differently than he does and thank God for that. These people on the Court would gladly bring back the Spanish Inquisition if they could.....they sure will try.

I’m in Louisiana where I know my vote won’t count for the electoral college, but I have voted every single time since John Kerry ran and will always vote blue in every election where there is a choice. Unfortunately, there isn’t always an option in Louisiana for local offices.

I prefer the german system, where the judges/justices of the constitutional court have a term limit of 12 years and an age limit of 67. This allows the court to move in sync with society. Also in Germany these judges can be recused even against their will by a majority vote of the other judges of the court.
The Supreme Court needs new rules, and the electoral college needs to be done away with. There are already senate/congress checks for smaller states vs a vs larger states. The presidency should be decided by a simple, clear majority.

If my daughters or granddaughters lived in one of these states like Texas or Oklahoma, I would be in terror for their well being. The "joy of motherhood" that so many women are encouraged to seek, can just as easily become a nightmare. I would feel little better in states that permit abortion only on a low timescale, because most life threatening complications happen in late pregnancy.
That’s not correct, I developed life threatening blood clots in my first trimester. I was given two weeks to live if I remained pregnant. I was only 29, healthy and had two small children at home and I wasn’t ready to die. If it happened today in South Carolina no doubt I would be dead within those two weeks. Blood clots and other deadly complications do happen in the first trimester.

It's simple medical sense that a foetus half an inch long takes far less resources from the mother as a late term one does. The stakes are even higher in the final trimester than an event like an early ectopic. Doctors need the freedom to provide necessary healthcare throughout pregnancy, not just the first 6 to 15 weeks.
This Supreme Court situation is so darn scary. We as Americans need to really think about this!! WE DO NOT need Cannon on the Supreme Court!!!!!
