Great job on a much needed repair. The clutch pedal sees constant use and that tube hadn't seen any grease for a minute. Can't wait for the PRP seats install.
Thanks! I have a weird feeling that the previous owner bought the clutch bell crank kit but forgot to buy the bushing rebuild kit so they just put it together without it… the tube being that empty leads me to believe it was never even filled! Usually old grease is a pain in the butt to get rid of!
Yeah the welds are so bad on these spring hangers I’m torn on whether to try to cut them out and add new ones or just plate them in better. Either way, it needs to be addressed immediately!
Great job Jarrett you made it look easy. I have a lot of Tekton tools and I love them . They are very well made and I have never had a problem with them. Tell Steph hi for me . Dave
Thanks, Dave! And yeah, these tools are perfect to grab and go, so I think I will be taking them with me on the Rubicon Trail. I will tell Steph you said hi!
This is the third and last time uploading this video. 😂 Final Cut Pro exported it as a 32GB file so I need to figure out how to compress the bit rate for future videos, but I’m not going to mess with this one again

I love the "takeaway notes" part of your videos!
You watched all the way to the end? That’s amazing! Lol. You are the 1%
I am glad to see that you are doing these videos again. You were the first "Jeep Channel" that I followed back in the early days.
Thanks! Yeah, I’ve been at it a while! Glad to be back though.
I need to do this job this weekend, thanks for the video, it'll make it easier for me.
It’s super easy!
Spring hangers beef and steering box brace def recommended.
I also loosen the aircraft nuts on my Currie tow shackles for a little extra articulation.
