I see a lot of negative comments but I am from a simpler life and I live a simpler life than most in my country have the guts or strength to do and i have found that the less possessions i have besides necessities, the happier I am. I love living in rural areas especially how i grew up and i try so hard to give that to my children. It's not right to equalize rural areas in Africa and Western world. We can buy every kind of things from grocery stores whenever we want even though we would live in a rural area. We can drive to the grocery store or buy food on the way home if we work in a buildup area.
It makes me sick to see those women take, 75%, of that little food they have, out to those lazy men! While those poor children and the women, who does all the work, share what’s left. It’s just so sad.

What do the men do? I always see the women caring for the children, cooking, fetching water, farming and building houses. What is left for these men to do?
My god!!! Are these people still living like this in this day and age? They all seem to be wrapped in beautiful material/wraps etc. If they are as poor as they want you to think, where are they getting their beautiful wraps?? One person have on some nice looking loafer shoes - looks like they may be MK’s??? I’m just saying. Unbelievable people live like this!!!!
We gripe because we have no shoes to wear and then we meet a man with no feet. How sad and greedy we Americans are. Always wanting more and then more again. The day is gonna come when it’s all taken away and most of us will not be able to handle it. What will our expensive purses mean to us then. Nothing. Only what we do for others will Almighty God see. Help us God to love each other and treat others how we want to be treated. The USA IS GOING TO HELL IN A HAND BASKET
