Ah Animate Dead. Due to the perculiar way its worded, you can do some hilarious shenanigans which let you get infinite sacrifice/death/LTB, and ETB triggers. Our ingredients for this combo involve: a creature that can banish one of your own enchantments or some way to reanimate Animate Dead; and some way to make sure our creature dies repeatedly. From here, we'll want some way to take advantage of our combo/loop: Death triggers, ETB triggers, or our method of killing our creature having some auxiliary effect are all ways to neatly tie the combo into something that'll end games.
"A Tale for the Ages" is a must in this deck. I made this deck a while back and it can perform well if built right. I know we love sheoldred, but just because you're playing black doesn't mean it belongs in your deck. But I also get it.
I feel you, but Sheoldred has already won several games. It's just flat out better than a lot of other options. If you wanted to play two copies of ATFtA, it could replace the two planeswalkers.
This deck is really cool. I love enchantment decks, even though they aren't exactly "meta" right now. Makes me miss the days with Archon of Sun's Grace.
I didn't play standard when Sun's Grace came out but I remember seeing it in previews and building around it on Tappedout. I knew the new Archon reminded me of something but I never looked into it. Thank you for this comment. Now my selesnya aura/enchantment standard deck means even more to me.
@@PowrDragn I kinda agree but does shut down there abilities and there is no sideboarding best of one so I kinda get why he runs it main deck but I would probably run something different. (However it did have you confused and on your toes so maybe that was it's job lol)
Really enjoying your content, and commentary. I upgraded to Dragon Guard. 👊
So much appreciated.
Was pretty cool to see you cast
Thanks. Still going throughout the day.
@@PowrDragn oh, sweet I’ll switch over
You play some really cool deck in white, too bad I will never be caught dead in with a white deck...

Thats THE POINT. Sheoldred is so good, if u have black you HAVE to play it. Otherwise you make ur deck worse. Its an objective fact.

My bad. Forgot about sels decks. I...don't like those, though.

Wait you mean to tell me those 4 Eriettes I got are not just for commander?
Oh spicy I usually don't play blue but Katilda is so fun. I can't wait to build this one
How's it going power dragon? You seen asoka yet?
Nope, I'm behind on like 10 shows.
The game againt the guy with the spark rupture I think he played that just so his sweepers could kill opponents plainswalkers.
That's probably true. I can't imagine that's overly beneficial most of the time, but that at least makes sense.
