I was able to go to her Love Poem concert here in the Philippines and I will tell you, ready you ears. Cause the crowd will go wild. Even IU and her band can't hear themselves on the in-ear monitor because of the crowd's cheering and singing. For me, I almost got an illness in my ears because of the extreme loudness the crowd was making. Lmao

Same. I went to her concert in Araneta and that's the first time I watched a concert for more than 4 hours! My legs had cramps between concert because we were in GenAd and the cement chair was cold. And to think that I'm wearing shorts. 😂 I only expected a 2 hours concert because I'm a fan of her music and dramas but I don't follow her closely or read trivias about her. No regrets though. Will watch her live again if given a chance. I hope after this pandemic.

Its quite dificult to get see iu concert in korea specialy cause the ticket always sold out in only in minutes, you will get war to have ticket with korean fans and other countries

IU's concert is the largest in Seoul, Korea. The concert video you watched is a performance in Seoul.
And overseas tours, though not exactly, range from 5,000 to 8,000 seats.
Also, I don't know the competitiveness of overseas tours, but I know they are almost sold out.
And Korean concerts sell to fan club members first and then general sales.
So if you don't join the fan club, it's hard to succeed in ticketing.
This is because it takes about a minute for a game to be sold out in a second.
So if you want to see the biggest concert in Seoul, maybe you should join the fan club firs.
For your information, fan clubs recruit around July every year and are eligible for a year. The subscription fee is about 40,000 Korean won.
In the case of overseas tours, performances in Taiwan, Malaysia, and the Philippines are quite large. As of the 2019 tour, there were about 7,000-8,000 seats.
(Seoul concert is about 14,000 seats and will be held for two days.)
IU have held love poem concert in Taipei, Taiwan for two days . I was lucky to be that concert. The ticket was sold out in two minutes, one minute more than in Korea. You may have better chance here in Taiwan.(She promised a back to back concert at Taipei should she has next one).Ha!
