i have been riding v3 for 1500 kilometers. still its not loosen enough to tight. speed range is 60-85. ball racer set depends on road condition brother. moreover usd forks struggle in the off road kind condition

all of this problem caused for the grease that used on Indonesian bike, grease(grade) has a good relationship with air humidity, in more humid place grease lost its viscosity very soon, so after buying new Indonesian if you remove all the grease and replace with recommended grade grease for bangladesh you will never face this kind of problem. also many people buy grease from different country with out knowing the recommended grade, this thing also ruin these moving parts of the bike where that grease is been used.
this is the little hack if you are going to buy new any indo or thai model bike from gray market or unofficial buyer.
What is the recommended grade?
Oh my god please don't ask me the grade of grease, grade of grease are not as simple as engine oil grade, it is 100 time tougher than determine the engine oil grade and adding to that determine the grease grade for each and application, like grease for ball bearing, chain sprocket, suspension will not be same , and even if you calculate the grade then the procurement will be more tougher, and the cost of these kind of grease will be more than +10k easily as you won't find them in Bangladesh even if they available in Bangladesh the shop keeper will never understand your grade 😹🤣😂😂
Simple solution is go to any good AUTHORIZED service center of any company, watch them what are they using for specific application (they only use what manufacturer told them to use but they don't know why they use them) or tell them to grease your motorcycle, or 100 taka bokhsis dia ektu grease hate koira nia asen.

never change a single oil seal. always change both at once. if not, the other one will always cut.
