Some of these are truly ridiculous ways to lose that just make you wonder why they should have any impact on, well, anything: - The route was abandoned (Isn't this a GTA game? I thought the whole point was I choose my own route?) - There was a disturbance at the showroom (The showroom that was totally empty except for Lamar) - Michael's instructions were ignored (In other words, the player, as Franklin, actually decided to take some initiative and fight back against Michael, who they would have no reason not to believe is an antagonist at that point in the game) - Amanda was arrested (How would that affect anything? She's a rich white woman shoplifting in California. She would probably get probation and some fines, if that) - The sea shark was grounded (The player is punished for using a perfectly sound strategy to escape their water-borne pursuers) - Tonya was injured (That's just something that everyone wanted to do anyway because Tonya is such an annoying bitch)
