- Radical Breakaway Bowling Ball
The Breakaway has an RG of 2.528 and a differential of 0.041. This combination of core dynamics and HK22 Solid, which is polished, yields a very definitive backed reaction. Our goal was to create a symmetrical ball with a massive backend motion while increasing the hook window to be sure it has plenty of continuation.
The Breakaway hits the Radical target of increasing backend motion and maintaining continuation through the pins. Combining the Breakaway symmetrical core with the HK22 polished solid cover, you get great performance and a great shelf appeal.

Everyone keeps saying it’s a new core but when you look at the shape and after drilling numbers, it’s the same as the Payback.
Yep! Sho is.😁
Payback was a good ball. Since it’s been 4 months how do you like the break away now ? I need a ball as this but don’t want to move out from B7 . I’m looking from DV8 Verge and others as this level. Appreciate your input if you have suggestions
That's what my Payback is, a benchmark ball for me. 😊
Just hit like and subscribe to your show’ a little late on this ball’ but I’m looking at this ball and the verge and other in the B7 , any suggestions from you I’d appreciate it. Thanks for the videos and next time I won’t be late. Lol
Oh btw usually my benchmark ball would be a lower RG, and a diff from 41 to 49. The hybrid hazmat I have has been a great ball for me.
But its the bonus/payback with an h22, which is a smart move for radical.
Wow!!! You made this ball look amazing! I was on the fence of the Deadly Rattler, Zig Zag or this Breakaway. This just made the decision easy! Thanks Frank.
How does that breakaway Ball by radical compared to the the Columbia 300 cuda c Pearl
Breakaway is much stronger, earlier rolling. Step up from Cuda Pearl for sure.
I’m a speed dominant player with high tilt close to a tweener. Currently using the Big Time Se as my benchmark which has been playing well for me, how do you compare the two against each other for you, I roll similar just a little slower
Breakaway would be a step down from the big time se with the box surface on both balls.
Love your videos. I just punched the Break Away and I really love it when lanes start to transition. If I want a little more drive on the backend I switch to my stealth pearl
I believe I'd hafta dust mine up a bit.😊
