Part of it is a marketing issue and a bringing their own fan base to watch their new talents too. Holo, phase, etc basically any agency with bigger talents has them promote new debuts. Then the bigger talents usually plan collabs or include them in group collabs to get their followers to follow the newer members too. Even if their ccv’s wont be as big as the established talents it gets newer talents off the ground and being seen as part of the at least internal agency community.

Tbh, it’s more like showing there true colors: Niji doesn’t give a shit about their talents, to the point of trying to shush a suicide survivor. If it was just bad PR, that would be fine, what isn’t and is the reason why their stocks went down so far, is that they showed their toxic behavior, and with that, the talent’s toxic traits that lead them to this point. What happens if this also also happening in Jp? What if this isn’t a one off thing? Because overseas culture is more concerned about the talents, and understanding, the EN community exploded when Doki posted about that shit, and Niji tried to “expose” her, and in turn, doxxed their own talents and disclosed stuff of a NDA.. Holo and other corps could be as bad as niji, but the thing is that that’s all hearsay, and or fake news. *This isn’t.* They gave fuel to their own demise, and instead of stepping back, or trying to do Actual PR recovery, they tried to spite both of their terminated talents, and tried to ruin their careers as much as possible, and used their talent’s popularity and PR as a cusion. Unless you’re blind, you can’t overlook this shit; you’ve just fucked your whole reputation, and whole career over trying to spite a talent that was under you, and in turn, showed your true colors, and accidentally exposed the rotten base that your company is built on. The audience isn’t dumb, and unless you’re blind, nobody going to want to support this shit.
The fact that lawyers now have to get involved when a channel is falsely terminated speaks VOLUMES about TH-cam's laissez faire handling of these situations.
Is it laissez-faire or TH-cam put their resources elsewhere in an ineffectual manner? Like putting more care going after things of lesser importance while larger issues that would demand their attention slip by. Like not caring about false copyright claims, but dealing with the dislike button; or trying to fight ad blockers. TH-cam's leadership never had its head on straight.

Idol Corp proven time and time again they make tons of mistakes and striving to be big despite not having the man power. What they did was no excuse however they actually responded how a Vtuber Agency should and act accordingly and not be Niji. Idol Corp is like one of the better of the smaller agencies in my eyes. Rin helping is based move on her part. She maybe a dumb dumb sometimes but she is smart when it counts.
Idol Corp is still young of course they make some mistake same with Holo in their early year, what matter is they take responsibilities for it and not just run away.
This does remind me of the artists that said Niji never paid them. The ones that said Selen had to pay them directly because Niji kept screwing up. They never apologized or even acknowledged it. I remember after Twisty debuted I got recommended a clip of her and it confused me. I was wondering "did an English speaking liver debut in the JP branch?" It took me a minute or two to realize that I'd heard about their debuts and just didn't remember. I don't even say that to be mean. I genuinely forgot. I think that speaks to Niji's rapid-fire approach to talents.
niji dilute their talent pool too much so talents tend to drown in the limited niji viewer pool, atop of that niji support is VERY sparse and most of them rarely if ever see niji highlight them.
As far as gloves go they're mandated by Niji. As much as I don't like Anycolor Scarle is still my oshi and handcams are her specialty. She's said a number of times that she has to wear gloves or she'll get in trouble. She's made it pretty clear that she'd prefer not to. Hololive may or may not have the same restrictions because there have been some notable exceptions. It's essentially an immersion thing. Also, not the best circumstances but hey, EIEN (Japanese pronunciation, eien means eternity) mentioned. I'd highly recommend them. After Niji lost me they're where I've wound up and stayed.

I'm curious though. Let's say someone gets a picture of their hands. Then what? They could thoroughly analyze it but that doesn't give an address or anything. In some cases it's kind of a moot point. Calli and Kiara still stream and show their entire bodies and even their rooms. Kiara's PL even came out with a music video she personally (her IRL body) featured in not long ago. Security measures around hands seems to start and end within the Hololive persona alone.

To be honest, the numbers already started to decrease quite a bit even before Selen, people were already starting to get tired. It's something that I don't know how Nijisanji doesn't see, if you release new waves every 6 months people end up getting tired and losing interest, because it's no longer something "new", of course they show some interest, they come and see what the new wave is like but then they return to their previous activities with their oshis and the new wave is mostly ignored. They don't promote them or anything and by the time they realize it, well, another wave, it seems that for them it's like this "we make waves, some talent will have some success and the rest along with the rabble" doesn't seem very different from a gacha waiting for you to get the 5 stars while they have the rest in a corner and they will be useful for something.
From what has been shown on the pls of the talents, it appears that Hololive/stars vtubers are not allowed to stream vtubing content, but they are allowed to use png models and such, just not live2d. Other than that, they aren't restricted in what they do under their pls so long as they don't break nda.

As far as the nijis newer gens goes besides twisty running her mouth and getting on vtuber news/drama channels, I haven’t really seen much about them anywhere at all. Are their bigger talents doing collabs and other stuff with their newer gen talents? Pretty much every agency who has bigger talents has them collab and push their newer talents especially at the beginning to help them get that starting channel growth. Holo, phase, etc all have their bigger talents promote debuts and make plans to collab to get their new talents off the ground. Not doing that is a mistake as far as growing new talents goes.

I'm curious though. Let's say someone gets a picture of their hands. Then what? They could thoroughly analyze it but that doesn't give an address or anything. In some cases it's kind of a moot point. Calli and Kiara still stream and show their entire bodies and even their rooms. Kiara's PL even came out with a music video she personally (her IRL body) featured in not long ago. Security measures around hands seems to start and end within the Hololive persona alone.

Reason can range from tryin to find an identity or try to smear the vtuber via findin any records, or make false claims based off them.

To be honest, the numbers already started to decrease quite a bit even before Selen, people were already starting to get tired. It's something that I don't know how Nijisanji doesn't see, if you release new waves every 6 months people end up getting tired and losing interest, because it's no longer something "new", of course they show some interest, they come and see what the new wave is like but then they return to their previous activities with their oshis and the new wave is mostly ignored. They don't promote them or anything and by the time they realize it, well, another wave, it seems that for them it's like this "we make waves, some talent will have some success and the rest along with the rabble" doesn't seem very different from a gacha waiting for you to get the 5 stars while they have the rest in a corner and they will be useful for something.
From what has been shown on the pls of the talents, it appears that Hololive/stars vtubers are not allowed to stream vtubing content, but they are allowed to use png models and such, just not live2d. Other than that, they aren't restricted in what they do under their pls so long as they don't break nda.

Honestly doesn't seem so unusual when you see how larger corporations deal with their hiring process. I had a rejection letter that came... more than a year after the fact, and this was after I was already rejected once...? Presumably for the same application too...? Unless there was an even *older* application that was several years older than that one that they were rejecting, which I don't even know what is worse at that point. I don't think I can even attempt to consider working for that company if the organization is this haphazard with sending a second rejection letter out more than a year later after the first one...
I honestly find it in bad taste that all other agencies are getting compared with niji. Like “low” viewing numbers is a standard for quality! Especially the smaller agencies try the best with the resources they have. We really have a warped sense of numbers these days!!!!

Pretty much every agency who has bigger talents has them collab and push their newer talents especially at the beginning to help them get that starting channel growth. Holo, phase, etc all have their bigger talents promote debuts and make plans to collab to get their new talents off the ground. Not doing that is a mistake as far as growing new talents goes.
Talents have collab with them, problem is the ones doing the collab, the public dislikes them, finana & elira is one for example.
