Hey Rob, good vid as always. Ignore the instructions you need to get those bottles back somewhere warm for a lot longer. 2 days is no where near long enough to get them carbonated. I don’t know why these sorts of kits say 2 days. I think it’s to try and convince you that you can literally make and drink beer within 2 weeks. Get them warm again and leave for a couple of weeks and you should notice a difference. I’ve noticed the same with an all grain stout I’ve made, accept it’s been somewhere warm for 2 months now and still very little carbonation, I don’t think I added enough sugar to carb in the first place. @ I’ve made a few of them for my sister in law as she enjoys them. I think they’re ok but certainly doesn’t compare to all grain.
