Been working on my volusia for the last two seasons. Thinking of the BCB front fender and making my own for the rear. What exhaust are you running? I have a set of cobra pipes and they are just obnoxious lol
I got mine with Vance and Hines and they are pretty loud at highway speeds. I unfortunately lost my install footage but for the BCB rear you have to modify the battery box and cut the supports for the subframe. The front goes on with a simple bracket that has two positions to choose from.
$1550 plus tax for 2 fenders, 2 side covers and a seat. If you're building it for sale, BCB gets 100 percent of the profit in it. Pretty but no thanks.

Do the fenders work with the stock tire size?
Yeah, stock tires fit just fine. The kit is adjustable for larger tires too.
