Ken, Thanks for the question! At the 7:20 mark is when I stat talking about the "Carrying Capacity" of the land. It helps determine how much land you need. The smaller the Carrying Capacity the more land you need. The larger the Carrying Capacity, the less land you need.

Currently employed by Tesla and looking to move to Austin next year. They said they honor my pay for one year. So my goal is to save and do as much overtime as possible and use that $ for a down payment on a ranch. Hopefully by next January or so I'll be there in Austin.
