I purchased DW99. Can I turn off the automatic power saving feature? Power is saved after the screen is turned off. Therefore, it is impossible to receive SNS messages. Only outgoing is possible. I want to end automatic power saving mode.
Information overload, a little too hasty, hard to follow. So many features.. 1) Android is open (rooted) for more individualization,SuperSU functionality, access to \Data etc? 2) is there a magnetic compass (not GPS based orientation) onboard ? 3) Sideload of ANY Android app is possible? 4) NFC is crippled and not supporting pay features? Where can I find a complete feature comparision of the many versions (DW99, S9 variants etc)? It really looks like a clever and well designed wrist watch/phone/computer, you got me! I currently still have the fantastic AN1 (from 2014 !!), the most feature ladden Android watch I ever saw. I installled 150 apps on it, all worked fine for years. Time to replace it due to its outdated Android and weak battery. This could be it. Without root access it would be only 50% interesting to me though. So? Thanks!
Thanks for this great smartwatch. It supports USB inside and on minute 0:12 it shows the charger with four (not just two) pins. Does it mean that the cable has four wires (not just two) and that it allows to transfer data from/to the smartwatch to the computer, including Mac?

I mean, transfer data from smartwatch to computer, and vice versa, and which data can be transferred. Is it possible to transfer all smartwatch contents like applications, user data, etc? In such a case ,it would be great to make full smartwatch backups with the possibility to full smartwatch restore from them when needed. That would be awesome if technically possible. On the other hand, is it possible to use such 4-pin cable to transfer data with the previous smartwatch model that came with 2-pin cable (yet had four connectors on the back, internally supporting USB)? In such a case, where can be purchased such 4-pin cable?
