    About Gwen:
    After 40 years as a mental health professional, Gwen Brehm is out to make a difference in how we see mental health and how we work to improve the mental well-being of all people. As a psychotherapist she has worked with thousands of people helping them navigate the complexities of their lives and assisting them to create better mental and emotional stability.
    After Hurricane Harvey in Houston, Texas, Gwen created the Greater Houston Healing Collaborative, a group of healing organizations, to partner with the Center for Mind Body Health to help meet the massive needs of trauma recovery in the area due to the storm. She remains the chair of this organization and continues to impact the work that is done throughout Houston and surrounding counties. At this time, GHHC has impacted the lives of over 40,000 people.
    She continues her work as a faculty member with the Center for Mind Body Medicine while running her own company and reaching more people through public speaking and doing psychoeducational workshops and healing retreats for many groups and organizations.
    Gwen’s passion lies in helping to relieve the suffering that so many people experience with mental health, trauma, and unstable communities. She is articulate that we must have an integrative approach to treat the whole person, and not just focus on the mind.
    By speaking to businesses, companies, and organizations Gwen can reach a large number of people to talk about modern and effective approaches to mental health, teaching new ways to reduce suffering and improve the lives of employees and their families.
